the fact that this movie took so many amazing songs and did fantastic, emotional, beautiful covers that do them justice makes me really happy. this scene makes me sob
No matter how many times that I have watched this movie, I always find myself being so enthralled with it. And I always sing along to every single song!
i just watched this movie this weekend. its the best movie i'v ever seen! the songs are amazing! the story is great! and the singers singer like angels!
This is one of the best versions of this song. This is awsome! I love some of the Beatles music and they no doubt have(had) talent but I was more into CCR and Morrison.
I only just found this version, I haven't watched the movie it's from, but i can honestly say that I have never been reduced to tears by just a song before this.
Let it be. Leave it for the beatles to find the hardest task in the universe and turn it into a masterpiece while giving you a tool to deal with it. Un fucking believable. And this boy was sent here. Not born. Sent.
I'm very sorry for your loss. I love this song as well, but just because some other people don't like doesn't mean you have to be rude to them. They have an opinion and so do you.
Seriously, people are fighting over a song on youtube...why can't you guys just LET IT BE. get the hint...its called shutup and enjoy the song, if you don't like it you can leave.
What happened to the end of the song? "I wake up to the sound of music. Mother Mary, Mother Mary comes to me. Speaking words of wisdom, i want you to let it be yeah yeah yeah yeah."
You know, I think about this movie and I wonder what would happen if the singers from this movie tried out for american idol... The judges might just explode.
This is simply one of the most amazing musical films ever, but it was indie, so of course it didn't get the fame it should have, while movies like Chicago and Nine have been way overrated just because they had big Hollywood names -who couldn't sing shit- on them. I love films and I am a writer for screen but I'm also a singer, so I still think if you will do a musical you should know your tunes and have a good voice, a voice useful for your part, otherwise stick to non-musical films. Period.
