Mainly for my own edification. This wasn't my first time, I did kill him with G6, but here you can see I had Juggler slotted, which was useless with Dragonshrooms, so 6 decals would have been fine.
This was otherwise a blessed run, started off with "Everyone Heals" and went right into "Player +atk". Excellent RNG.
This video demonstrates that Black Thunder can be easily handled by anyone without very strong decals. My Kamas are +11, but I first did this with T4+1 (dragonshrooms absolutely required for that). Shrooms are the key to victory!
