So I'm on vacation now practicing this song and my wife walks into my "music room" and says: "You can play that chord progression all day long as far as I am concerned." I agreed; and basically, in various voicings, that's what I did today. Thanks Dale.. If this song doesn't get you excited to pick-up the guitar, I don't know what will.

Thanks Dale. I was looking for this song for a long time but it seems no one else sounded correct. Still waiting for you to post a cover of Joe Walsh’s COUNTY FAIR for me. Again I see one only on you tube and it’s a mess, don’t know how the guy dared post it. I’m usually not one to criticize but the guy was all wrong and you’re pretty meticulous so I’m hoping you or LLB will post one. Have a great Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year. Stay safe and healthy. I just bought a Gretsch Country Gentleman but without the ugly pad on the back. They can’t get it to me until January due to all the shipping back ups but I’ve always loved the sound of the upper tier Gretsch guitars. Have you had or do you have any Gretsch models?
