I'm an illustrator and colorist for a living and once I finally got into makeup a couple years ago, I quickly found out that eyeshadow palettes are like boxes of fucking crayons for me. I NEED ALL THE COLORS. Have I used them? Largely no. But I like looking at them. The palette I use the most by far is a little basic bitch neutral 9 pan Morphe palette that I got FOR FREE with a purchase of eyeshadow primer. 😂

Completely understand. I have so much makeup (6 months worth) and haven't tried anything yet 🙃. I even bought a backup of your palette. Should be arriving Monday. My life has been completely caca 💩 since March 2022. Lost my mom, my cat of 12 years, had wrong tooth pulled 😒, lost my grandma this June, and got flooded out by a broken water main (actually had GREY water 8 in high on my entire property). Im hoping when your palette gets here that i will be inspired to start filming for my channel again. I miss it so much, but i haven't been able to force myself. I need a kick in the butt right now. Sorry for my rambling. Thank you and your beautiful face

Keep in mind that the danessa myricks palette is meant to be used all over the face. brows, bronzer, contour, eyeliner, shadow. you can do a lot with it!

I have been fighting off the urge to buy the ND Nude palette since it came out, because....... I am too tired or busy to wear eyeshadow these days. BUT I did put the Flower Beauty Coastal Lights palette in my cart at Ulta to get up to free shipping and am awaiting it now. those palettes are like six individual one-and-done shimmers I think i can deal with. :D

I had zero interest in the UD palette until…there was a brand new one at Ulta that was untouched. I swatched it and was shocked by the creamy pigmentation. Totally buying it half off! 😂

I’m waiting for it to show up at TJ Maxx which I think it inevitably will as I’ve been seeing the Wild West one there. If not, UD site probably will give a 50% deal at some point. Every RU-vidr trashed the palette originally in “will I buy it videos” but the few that actually bought and reviewed it really liked it so I think this is a Naked Honey situation and not a Wild Greens (which I actually did pick up at TJ Maxx and think is decent for the really low price I paid and for the type of looks it gives, assuming you are in the mood for a soft green look which every so often I am).

Could we say "tin man appendage" to get around the prudish censors? I'm actually inordinately excited that you're so stoked about the silver in the Urban Decay palette. I've wondered what you would think of that silver since I saw Linda (Glitter Fallout) try out that palette a few weeks ago. I'm living vicariously through your palette purchases and eagerly anticipate all of the forthcoming videos! We don't have Ulta here in Canada, so we don't get the fun Tarte Maneater palettes. Last year's fall palette looked enticing, but I never got to get my mitts on it.

I think the only reason we can (sort of) see that lip stain is because we *knew* it was there. That concealer seems legit! 👍 Edit: OH sh!t that was a blush??! 😬 hahahahaha don’t use it as a blush, use it as a lippie 😂

That tin man 🍆 silver was swinging !! 🤣🤣 It totally caught me off guard !! Then you swatched the blue in the maneater palette & I was amazed. Everybody is stepping up their game !! Except maybe Too Faced w their shitty holiday collections !! I said what I said. I do like some of their mini palettes but what happened to them ?? I gave into my inner Anne and bought ABH Sultry (my first ABH), TF Natural Eyes (my first TF) and UD Naked Reloaded. They're all so beautiful and I love and have been using all 3. They all allow me to do minimal looks or very glam with high impact shimmers, and I like that. The new ABH fall palette has my curiosity but I need to see it in person first.

I wish Urban Decay just called it the Metal Mania palette. The collab they did with Robin Eisenberg was good too. You're gonna have to start doing The Good Place style swearing in your videos. In my period/ cold med/work crap induced fuzzy brained stupor, I ordered the Safiya x Holo Taco polishes, and the leopard and jellyfish Hourglass palettes.

Try the Danessa Myricks palette with one of the new Hourglass palettes, I saw Kackie do this and it was surprisingly my fave look on her, granted I prefer different colors than she does most of the time. She described it really well, though, you can slap both palettes on and come out with a beautiful look, the cream shades in Danessa's palette are supposed to be more muted and easy to blend. I think I get it, it's a lot like shadow sticks which I love because they tend to fade on the edges gracefully, which can be a challenge for me even if I use setting powder to blend afterwards. Also, Kackie does one of those things where she swishes her brush through all the Hourglass shades to put on the cheeks, as well as use some separately.

Theresa you have to try the new Mac foundation and all over pen concealer. I'm a dry beast and it stayed on my entire 10 hour shift and even through a cry fest. Didn't look disgusting. Soooo good😊
