We’re from the Oakland area, my mom is Portuguese but was raised in San Jose during the brown pride era of the 70’s and my dad is Chicano /Mexican. Now they say new videoooo lol. F26897 I was there from January 2002 until April 2006. I remember the incident very well. There was no issues behind this because we had 2 water fountains, in our area. The one moved was the coldest one on the yard tho 😂

In that video, Dubs mentions how there was some (a group, or a few) raza individuals that were racist and were attempting/plotting or attempted/plotted, to instigate a riot against the brothers (blacks) by using the water faucet as a reason by moving it, hoping that the rest of the raza agree on it, but that wasn't the case. Now the point is what the title of that video was, "trying to instigate". Nothing more nothing less. It wasnt about belittling although a lot of em (blacks) are taking it like that. When it's not about that.
I think this lays out the clear misunderstandings between dum dums and intelligent people and how easy a war can kick off. Two people from two different factions, one told an unbiased incident about a situation, the other the heard bits and pieces and wants to start beating their chest hollering they don’t give a F about this and that. 2004,I was on A yard at PBSP. It was a trip to me,because it was my first time on a level 4. My experience with Surenos has always been a positive one. They always spoke politely,respectfully, and professionally and never loud talked in conversation with people. Felt more respect from them than my own people in my dealings with them. They are serious about everything and do not play. Everyone is serious on these yards,but in my opinion surenos are the most serious. It's just the facts.
There is an expression used in regard to communication and motivational interviewing. Communication is key in understanding where someone is coming from. It’s called QTIP. “Quit taking it personal” Damien. Bring solutions to a problem not a problem to a problem.

No disrespect to anyone but I'm a sureño and I've been to New Folsom B Yard twice between 2001 and 2004. Everyone knows that the restroom areas are within the Sureño territory on the yard. I put this on God and I am a firm believer with all of my soul... I have literally seen black gangsters taking leaks on the side of the building in their area rather than go into our area and use the proper restroom. That blew my mind. I like Damien too,he seems like a cool brother,but he is obviously in denial and does not want to accept reality. If it makes him feel any better ,I have seen my own people do some weak moves on level four yards as well as individuals.
I Was on b yard in New Folsom from 05-07 n I used them same toilets u talkin about many times along wit a few of my ppl n they were in the ss area then n there was no issue..

This is why I stopped watching Damion's channel. He comes across very arrogant. His ego is so damn strong, in my opinion, it clouds his objectivity. I'm not taking anything from him but he's not in prison anymore, why act this way? It comes across insecure. He's a man, anyone who knows what's up realizes that, nobodies questioning his validity. He can't control every black man's actions, nor does every black man's actions represent him. I hope he grows and realizes he doesn't have to be in that mentality anymore and not everyone is out to challenge his manhood and validity. That was a good clarification… both are right but, Damien seemed to be triggered by the notion. I’m not from Cali at all, I heard, 3 water fountains and limited real-estate for the huge gang of southerners, so some guys figure to bluff about going to war over a fountain and the blacks decided to ignore the beef for that because they were already using two other watering holes. Had they called their bluff the southerners would have backed off the subject to ban the blacks from that water source and most likely shared it. Or whatever. And Damien is saying hey we don’t back down… and it was worse and more dangerous and tough back then so… either it’s not a level 4 yard or it didn’t happen based on his observation of noncooperation between the factions.
