Your own touches really added to it! This was very enjoyable to watch 😍 I could also really feel your frustration 😄 It's the price we pay of being artsy and craftsy, isn't it 😅
i, too, have no use for miniatures, but love making them lol. I love watching them be made too. I don't do dollhouses, but I did recently start a miniature cabinet of curiosities that i've been putting a few things on. I've been watching y street studio make a faerie shelf and a witch shelf also and those are so cool! Little dioramas like that are so interesting.
Hi Rose! I bought my daughter one of these for Christmas. Hers has a cello resting upright on a stack of books. When you wind up the music box, the bow moves back and forth. So cute! Yours is cute too! They have so so so many to choose from. I'm having a blast watching you make yours! You can add wiring to your resume now! Look at you!
Ok I absolutely love this! I also love the fact that it’s sitting right next to the Twilight series. Love that!! I think I would be obsessed with these if I ever tried it. You should definitely try more miniatures. It’s so cute when things are teeny tiny. ❤
I've built 3 of their book nooks now, some pieces end up being a tad loose or a tad too tight but it's always fun to work on one of these and see how pretty it is when it lights up in the end. I've built this one as well and while I love the look I have to agree that the handle that keeps the battery pack in is really not able to be put together... In the end that last piece that goes on to hold it all together was such a tight fit that I knew if I applied any more pressure it'd break. I had to sand the parts that clip onto it off in the end, I think a flexible plastic piece would have worked better for that but what do I know. Great video! Loved the paint and details you added to it.
I have been watching for a couple of months now, but the last week binge watching your past videos! Just wanted to comment to say your voice is soooo relaxing and lovely to listen to! This was a fun one to watch and I love that you added paint to your build so that it is more your own :) I made a bookshop about 5 years ago, making 100s of tiny books was fun, I needlefelted a little cushion for the armchair 😅 looking forward to your next videos 😊
I think I did something like this, it was a wooden jewelry box/solar system? ...I got to the "adding the solar system" and got so confused that it's still sitting in pieces in my closet, "to be finished one day". I LOVE the colors you added to this though!!
I really wanted to get one of these after seeing one of my friends do a project share of one on her channel, it's cool to see the process of it. It's a gorgeous little kit. Thanks so much for sharing 💖💖
My best friend got me a mini kit--it's Rolife, too; the bookshop one. I'm a bit intimidated, especially by the wiring. When I get to it, I want to "magic-ify" it--as in, turn it into a magical bookshop, weathered, etc.
Do you have a PO Box? I have some miniature kits I've just never gotten around to do. And a few other kits I hate that they just sit around! Would love to share!
I was so excited when it popped up a new video...i had set my mind yo no video til tomorrow due to your memo....anyways this was a great video as usual and a very interesting craft at that ive never seen anything like it peeked my interest for sure tho...i thibk all the additives really made it pop as well
Omg! I JUST did a Rolife kit today (the one with lots of tiny pieces to glue together, not one of these puzzle ones). They’re so well made compared to the others I’ve done. I have a much bigger one that i’m getting ready to do (called “Homey Kitchen”). This looks like so much fun!
@@RoseRequinCrafts If you do the ones you have to glue together, they’re not at all like this one. They take MUCH longer, and I’ve been doing a couple every year for the past couple of years and I still get messy and somewhat frustrated during them. They’re tedious, but I find them very rewarding. My biggest tip is to start with smaller kits. Don’t go big until you know that it’s your thing!
I break at least a dozen tiny things like the signs when i have to do them, now i enlist my mums help. She has littler fingers and isn’t so ham handed as I am 😂
