Hey Morgan, how are you? 😊 I'm studying to become a UX designer so I got two questions: What courses should I take to learn how to build virtual worlds? It's all so new to me! And another question is: How will AI technologies like ChatGTP impact UX market and jobs? I believe that kind of information gets to the US first since everything happens there first haha Greetings from Brazil

Hey! I’m good. Wbu? Take any courses that let you do projects. Then choose to use Virtual Reality to build the solutions to the problems you are solving. Also take any classes that help you learn about 3D/VR/AR/XR. My honest opinion is I don’t see it being used for much else besides as a tool just like Figma and Unity. You still need people who empathize with other people to make good solutions that actually meet user needs. So don’t see it replacing jobs at all.

Do you have a video on where to start to get where you are? I am currently taking courses for full stack web development but I am wanting to do more UI/UX VR when I get my foot in the door and would like to know where to start. Ive seen familiarizing with Figma is a good start but never saw someone actually doing VR

Ok is there a way to paint the walls without painting the outside of the house too?

Yes but you have to bootleg it lol You would put up two walls essentially. An interior and exterior wall! If anyone in the community knows a better way let us know!

Hey Mrs. Chin. What can we do with these worlds? Can they be exported to games as environments/worlds? If I build something I want people outside of horizon worlds to experience it.

Heyyyy! Such a great point. Unfortunately you can export them right now.. your best bet would be to record videos and take photos of your world and share to social media!
