My love for roses leaped this past year. I added over 30 rose bushes this past year and think I occupied every space. Love to watch these types of videos and so happy to have found you! 🌹💐🏵️
Starting my rose garden this year along with a few rows of lavender and somehow came across your channel searching rose gardens and Im SO VERY glad I did!! Every time I’m washing dishes I’m watching one of your videos lol. You have such a warm presence about you. Love you all and love your farm! Im stealing your entry gate arbor idea for our pasture gate to grow a climber rose up on ❤️ thanks for all the inspiration and amazing info on your roses!!
Thank you Jill! I love our gate and entry way, the gate was handcrafted by a friend and in the style of an historic gate form England. Best of luck to you this growing year.
Beautiful roses. Thank you for walking us through the many varieties. The white roses look a lot like my "iceberg" roses, before they open wide and show the yellow stamens. There are climbers and shrub icebergs, some are more pink, but most are very white, floribunda. The many clusters of flowers at the ends of the stem are similar to what my icebergs have.
Beautiful collection. So glad to see "Munstead Wood" she's on my list this year. You might want to try "self pegging" or just "pegging" on the varieties that shoot out long canes. This technique makes the branch bud out at every leaf node. Just a heads up, Austin's Crown Princess Margareta may be on the chopping block, meaning discontinued. This might be her last year to be available in the states. You might also be interested in "The Lady of Shalott", She's a great healthy and very strong flowering variety. A new yellow variety here for 2024, "Bring Me Sunshine" is becoming a european favorite that looks like a good one for you because of the long, thornless stems. You have a beautiful farm & family .... Thanks for sharing ❣
Loved the footage! I have been making my list to start a new rose collection for cutting and loved seeing the growth habit and hearing your insight on each of them. Thank you! Gorgeous collection!
I am so happy I stumbled upon your video. Your garden is absolutely stunning 💞 your beautiful rose is an David Austin climber named Mme Alfred Carriere. I hope this helps you. Thank you for sharing your beautiful roses with all of us ❤️
Yay!!! I'm glad you enjoyed it, and congratulations on planting a rose garden. It's a ton of work but worth the time and energy for those amazing blooms.
All your roses are simply gorgeous & yes “romantic.” Wish you great success in your business! I grow roses of sorts just for my enjoyment . I’m in love with roses !
Nwet, roses are such a classic, you can't go wrong with to many! We do share the love of the rose and I'm always learning. Roses are hard to grow and yet easy in some ways, so I think it's the challenge of it I love as well as the unique verities.
Thank you for the video. Im new at flower farming, my first year. I want to incorporate roses, so this gives me someplace to start. They are all beautiful! ❤❤❤
Rose growing can be a challenge but such a beautiful one for sure. I love that you can use fresh or dried. Congratulations on starting your beautiful journey with flower farming!
That was fun. I love roses. I need to get a distant drums, lichfield, and queen of sweden. I have a Francis meilland rose. It is amazing! You should add it.
Gorgeous roses! I don't grow tea roses because they are too fussy for my zone 3b, but I do like the shrub roses - Therese Burgnett is my favorite thus far, although the hansama roses are a close second. Been thinking of trying a David Austin rose as it is close in hardiness. Thanks for sharing.
I think this was my favorite video to date! 🎥🌹🧡 🔵 Do you have a favorite rose supplier? 🔵 Would you consider doing a rose pruning video when its time? 🔵 Do you give tours at your farm? 🔵 What zone are you? And average high in the summer? Thank you for bringing us along!!!
Amazing roses! My favorite Pope John Paul 2nd. I am hoping to buy these for my mom. Btw I actually went to see The Pope in Rome when he was alive. He is now a Saint and well deserved he did so so much for the poor all around the world. When is the best time to buy these roses I want to plant one in my garden :)
Omg!!!! Yours roses are stunning! I would be in hog heaven! Gorgeous! I only have 7 different roses left after moving them from my farm that I lost in a divorce. Your roses look so healthy. What do you use for fertilizer on your roses? Great video as usual. God bless
Hi! I just wanted ro let you knoq that they are tree swallows ;0: Barn swallows make their own nests with mud and water and tree swallows will make homes in bird houses that are made for them.
I make historical gowns as a profession, and the hoop era gowns are also known as the Civil War era. These are followed by the 1870's first bustle era gowns 😁
@@crowleyhouseflowerfarm thanks for response , I have lots of roses , have been thinking to sell some .but do not know how to sell them, because roses last not long .
Hi there, I ve searched the albrighton rambler and it dosent seem to fit your description. Could you double check the name on it? Thanks for reading my comment.🎉 awesome video by the way. The cluster of white roses that is unnamed might be the albrighton, due to it s smaller blooms.
When we moved in, some of the older roses that were here on the property did have names on them. Do you know the timestamp you saw the rose in question? Thanks for hanging out with us.
What do u put in order to bloom generously.? I created a gatden rose this year and i didnt get a lot of blooms other than the English bush.but they didnt stay longer they stop blomming around September? Just wondeing.i love watchig arose bush eith lots of blooms.
Roses are heavy feeders,so fertilizer is needed every time they have finished "flushing" or blooming normally two larger cycles and a few sputtering blooms come all summer. June - Oct is our normal rose season here in the PNW. Some verities only bloom one time in spring. As your bushes get older they should preform better for you.
