I haven’t officially been diagnosed yet, but I go in for tests this coming Wednesday. Thank you for this video. I had an early miscarriage a few weeks ago and that’s what led my doctor into asking me tons of questions.. which then made her think I have PCOS. I’m hoping the tests come back clear, but the doctor I go to has it herself. I feel like she is almost sure that I do have it.

Sometimes I feel like doctors diagnose PCOS a little too quickly, so definitely get a complete examination. However, if you are diagnosed, it's not the end of the world. Even though it may feel like it, there's ways to manage it. I hope everything goes well! Sorry for replying so late btw :)

Hey gorgeous, I'm so happy every thing works out for you ... I lost my baby 1 week ago I was 5 weeks 2 days and I was diagnosed with pcos since I was 14 and I got it under control, I'm having regular cycles N got pregnant n them miscarriage, I want to know why ,should i been put on drugs during my pregnancy?

Congratualtiona on your litte one Hi ive just had a miscarriage 3 months ago i want to try again for a baby, i recently had a bood test and my testosterone was normal only my androgen was mildly high along with low to meduim shbg which could be suspected pcos but not confirmed,when i recently had my miscarriage the nurse had a look at my ovarys and said there wasnt any cists im not sure weather i have pcos or not but theres a possibility, i find it easy to concieve but im scared of another miscariage do you think i should try metfromin from now as i want to try and conceive on my next ovulation or do you think i shouldn’t without confirmed pcos is if i dont have pcos is it dangerouse to take metformin thanks so much i need answers but the doctors wont give me real answers

Hey so sorry for replying so late. I hope everything is going well with TTC. Definitely talk to your doctor, but as for me I found that metformin definitely helped me conceive. It can be taken even without having PCOS. It can be used for women who have a hard time ovulating and that doesn't always mean that you have PCOS. If you want a baby, don't let anything or anyone discourage you. Not even yourself. It's hard having a miscarriage, but as long as you're not causing any damage to your body, it's still worth trying to have a baby :)

How did the doctor monitor you during you pregnancy with your daughter? Did he put you on any hormonal supplement like progesterone and metformin throughout your pregnancy?

HI Sai, sorry for replying so late. Yes, in fact they initially put me on both of those drugs. I wasn't on them for the entire pregnancy though. I only was on it till I reached my 2nd trimester.
