I’m still trying to recover from my PPHL after my son, 6 years ago. Since starting CGM 2 years ago, some has filled in, but over all my density is much less.
I am glad you brought this up. Everyone's hair loss journey is different. The change in our hormones can really effect so much after postpartum and unfortunately hair loss is one of them. I would recommend using products that target hair density. One product I liked using a lot was the curlsmith density elixir. I felt like it really helped make my hair look fuller. 😊
