Thanks so much finally a English tutorial I can follow you guys should add more tutorial with more Japanese tips in English since we dont have acess to alot of that information

Wow, I always used a darker shade of color or the same basic color when colouring the shadows of each part on layers set to "multiply" (I even tried pure black on a 12% opacity but that is not enough and everything becomes muddy). Now I see a lighter shade of the basic colour looks nicer than using the same colour or a darker one :O Mind = blown I will try to include in the workflow using the same colour for all the shadows and pick up a different colour afterwards with the trick you've shown. Think it will make me focus more on the values and the volume of the shapes rather than worrying each time about what shade of colour should I pick for each shaded part. Thanks for the videos Ms.

塗りがわからない人にはわかりやすい動画だと思いました。自分はクリスタ買ってしばらく放置していていざ使おうとしてもうまく扱えなかったのでこの動画が重宝しました。一応公式の操作方法が載った本も買ったのですが、理解力が乏しく読んでもわからなかったので自分はこういう教わり方が向いてますね笑

It seems strange to me that so few tutorials suggest naming your layers. I get confused if my layers aren’t named, “inking face,” etc.

This helped a lot, thank you!! I'm having a issue on the instruction at 6:39, when I use the "Fill Button" it paints the whole area, not just the shadow of the hair.

probably an issue with your selection area, fill options that maybe you had id selected on all layers

How do you get your lines so smooth? I use the G-pen however, it's always grainy. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
