@@ItsTrainBoy Alright I've got a solution for you in order to make Thomas stop at the station I recommend putting the big piece of track where the 2 short pieces are but then move the short pieces in front so then basically the station will be where Annie stops because the green part is in between the short blue track and the long blue track so basically the 2 short pieces would be next to the switch and the long piece of track It would be next to the curve
I’ll always remember Leo’s talking Thomas, it wouldn’t run either and would just sit there and shake. The voice was all distorted sounding and was just really funny.
I used to be afraid of this Thomas toy because of the loud noises it made, so I decided to stick to collecting the wooden trains as well as a few take alongs.
What's up, Trainboy? I just found your channel, and i must say that I'm impressed with your content. Also, seeing those "Tomy engines with track" still in boxes takes me back to the good ol days of going to my local Walmart as a kid. Keep up the good work.
You’ve sent him on a never ending cycle of going to Wellsworth, while at Wellsworth, I hope you’re happy For real though, this is a really nostalgic toy, and it’s dope as hell that you got it moving again, I’m glad it wasn’t an entire motor problem.
Awesome video! Glad to see you were able to fix the problem on this one, they can be a pain to work on sometimes, I've had to do this before and replacing the wheelset was not fun, but it gets easier, really helps having a vice when you want to put them back on (I don't have one), as someone who has most of the TnA range I can confirm they're a lot of fun, would love to see more of them if you plan on buying them, would also be interested to see if you'll collect the variants, such as the two Toby's or the different accent/language variants of Thomas, Percy and James, keep up the good work and can't wait to see more! :D
I was able to craft custom pieces using Legos studs to make my Plarail one speak, mine also had that same wheel problem, I just replaced it with one from a broken Percy and painted it blue. I even had some people in a Japanese Discord server to help me translate
Ya know what you totally could do? Build a wagon loader (idk what it's actually called). He seems to move forward by one car length every time on that piece you put next to the station, so get a sensor to recognise when he stops and open like a chute and empty some rocks into his truck, then stop when he moves again. That would be epic!!
I think I have a better idea for Thomas' overshooting. Had a little /too/ much of Henry's Welsh coal there... And also, your Layout's a loop with /only/ Wellsworth, so, Thomas saying "Next stop, Wellsworth!" Does kinda make sense. Edit: I think the piece that makes him stop repeatedly is meant for like, a coal tower and a few trucks. Doesn't make sense with Annie on him, but a van body-swap could work.
Great video, question are you going to try and do a restoration of Oliver ? If you have a broken Edward you could possibly use his side rods to replace Oliver’s side rods. Also you could possibly get replacement stickers online for him. Keep up the great work
for 3:38 its not the gear that's the problem Its actually just the wheel not being connected enough to the axel. To fix that just pop some super glue on it
3:37 looks like the wheel itself is a little loose, maybe put a little glue in the axle hole on it? If you look closely, the axle spins while the wheel is being held. But besides that, great work!
Painting engines sadly. 😅 There’s nothing wrong with it thank gosh but I often forget gloves when I spray my engines; then I end up with multicolor thumbs haha
I wanna say like- 20 minutes once it was all said and done? 😭 A little longer if you count in getting all the parts ready and stuff but in application not crazy much haha
