Thank you so much for making this video and putting it out. I’m currently in a gap year and will be starting university next year. The hardest thing for me to understand and be okay with at 19, is that life is not always going to be perfect 24/7, and it is important be at peace with that and don’t let your ruts make you feel like your world has ended and you’ll never get up again. Life is so complex and beautiful. You go up, and you go down, and you go up again, hold yourself through the tide shifts 🤗❤️
My Gworlllll!!! 😂❤️🤞🏾 My response to the caption: “Because why not do it again, we’re a pro at it by now! LETS!” 😂🤞🏾❤️ Very excited to watch. Sending positive energy your way!
Me literally having a breakdown this morning because my boyfriend had to leave for work and I'm in the first day of my period and just remembered you posted this video and I was like YES. LET'S GO GET THAT ENERGY. And then you say: "Today is the first day of my period". Girl. Yes. You understand.
I loove your new rebranding and videos 😍😍 it is definitely giving focusing on whats important and healed up to the top era if that makes sense 😂❤ love your vids x2
lovely video as always. ❤ also my cramps get sooo bad too lol. i recommend magnesium capsules/tablets for cramps, cranberry juice, and since i get super bloated - gas relief capsules/tablets are great! it’s made it so much easier to do things on my period if need be 🎉
Aww girl sending you lots of loveeee 🤍 thank you for sharing as well, I think it’s important to open up conversations around health struggles like this!!! We’ve got this 🤍🤍
As a person who is struggling with ADHD, I need to ask. How do you manage to actually go through that daily to do list? How do you get motivated? How do you implement healthy habits?
I need this video right now it’s my birthday and I want to get out of this rut. Also my mom has uc and I wanted to know if the dairy milk is inflaming your gut no matter where it’s sourced than how is it good for you?
Hiii I really can’t answer that as some people have no issues with milk. Also, IBD is complex- it’s not just about your diet. It’s about your entire ecosystem of life. How you deal with stress, trauma, environmental factors, your genetics, your habits, etc. I would suggest watching my last vlog, I talk about it a little more!
