Ok, yes I know. This week happened last year, but I finally got around to editing this haha so I am sorry.
Last year we got to visit various distilleries and meet amazing producers, brand owners, and ambassadors. We learned all about how and why additives are used. But most importantly why they shouldn't be used.
Such an honor to be part of this small group of people who got to go down to Jalisco and spend a week learning. This was not a tour!
