I watched your how to jump rope video last 2019 and I was above100kg. At the end of 2020 I added your old school 15 round boxing workout and now roughly weigh 75kg. Thanks coach!
I've been doing this workout as part of my weekly training since it released. I just wanted to say thanks as I enjoy it each and every time. Great work.
Thanks so much for giving it a try. I’ve all the workouts that I’ve done in my life, this type was always the most fun, safe and effective. Thanks again for watching 😎😎🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
I am using this workout during work from home schedule due to covid. I am doing it taking time during work hours apart from regular workout routine. Really useful video
Hi Mike. I hope you get to read this. Thank you for all your tutorials. I have used them to get in better shape ever since lockdown began for us last year. I have made my own boxing workout with your help. I feel fitter, healthier and so good about myself. Are you on any other social media platform? Thank you so much once again.
I wish these type of videos would’ve gotten more views I would like to be way more of them. I’m still keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you for watching😎🙂😎
@@fightyourwayfit ich habe mitgemacht 😁 Super Konditionstrainig auch für Muay Thai. Gerade in diesen Tagen ist es wichtig sich fit zu halten. Grüße aus dem Black Forest/Germany
Appreciate your good lectures. I've been doing boxing over 1 year. However, mostly doing shadow boxing. Excludes sparring because of back surgery a long time ago. I have problem to improve my limited sparring experiences.
Thank you for taking the time to watch and I’m glad that you are enjoying the sport. Even without the sparring boxing is one of the greatest ways to stay in fantastic shape😎😎😎
@@fightyourwayfit Thank you for sincere reply. I need your favor to ask a question. I have difficulty to find or feel my own rhythm in shadow boxing. I’d like to improve my own boxing rhythm.
Hello coach I’m new to boxing I’m only about 2-3 weeks into it and I know the basics from stance to a few punching combos I’m really enthusiastic about boxing and I was wondering if you could give me any good tips on footing, hand positions, etc. honestly anything would help I just really like boxing and would like to be able to pursue it more in the future! 😁
Thank you for taking the time to watch. There are a bunch other videos on this channel they will explain all about the different angles of boxing in the proper foot work. I’m sure that they will help. I wish you the best of luck with your boxing. It is a great sport… I am sure you enjoy it😎😎😎😎
I’m sorry that’s it’s taken so long to get those videos done. The last year or so it’s very difficult to get to the gyms to film those types of videos. Hopefully this upcoming year will be better. Thank you so much for continuing to watch 😎😎😎😎
Sorry that it takes so long to reply. I always like to jump rope for a few minutes before hand to warm up. And then some walking and som stretching to cool down at the end. (For just a few minutes ) 😎😎😎
I know that I have been off for quite a while. I’m hoping to start posting again very soon. Thank you for your patience and thank you for taking the time to watch😎😎😎
Lol…. To be honest I’ve never seen him fight. … but I’ve heard that they were making close to a million dollars. For that kind of money I would love to find out 😎😎😎😎😎 thanks so much for watching
Hey Mike Im a Newbie to boxing I have about a month trading but I'm in really good shape from body building but after ever Training session the inner hand muscles hurt is it because I'm so green to the sport or could it be because my hand wraps are too tight?
I think that you’re in the right track. I would say that 90% of the time people have that same problem it’s because the wraps are too tight or the gloves are too small. I’m glad that you’re enjoying the boxing. It’s a fun way to stay in shape. Thanks for taking the time to watch 😎😎😎
Hey Mike, I'm looking forward to following a diet that sees me losing weight and I know I need a caloric deficit for that, but my question is this, how many grams of protein do I need to maintain my muscle mass? I'm 6'1'' and 210 lbs. My second question is, in meal prep, do I eat the same 3 meals and snack every day for every week? I don't have a problem with doing that but is that what I have to do? Thank you in advance.
Thanks so much for taking the time to watch. You’ll find that most people will advocate for 1 g of protein per pound of body weight. Yet you even at .75 g you would be fine. So for you that’s 157.5 g a day would alright. I have a video all about protein on this channel that may better answer your questions. As for your second question.... The best diet is always the one that you can stick to. If you find that you were losing weight with the diet that you’re on. Then definitely stick with that 😎
