I purchased both the medium ru-vid.comUgkxfh2XUOHWYHKQYOvSq2gZ6PyCmVkTFGWz and small speed bags from Meister. I'm very glad I got both as the workout is quite different from the two. The small is fantastic for getting your speed built up once familiar with your striking. The medium bag provides a considerable amount more resistance building more strength in your punches. I highly recommend both sizes.Some people have expressed concern over the latex bladder leaking down more frequently than the traditional rubber. I have not found this to be an issue at all.

Hi Shane! nice to see someone doing a variety of things on the doubleend as opposed to those guys who throw jabs and crosses on it and Nothing else.....I love incorporating defense into the offense ,throwing and then blocking the return of the bag,then coming off that block with my own counter, slips ,fades ,philly shell and counter, cut angles, work levels on the doubleend by throwing the bodyshots to the rope itself below the bag,them coming up top..Overhand rights followed by left uppercut, crosses followed by hooks so u have to work the timing ect.... i dont do the kicks as much at age 58 but can still nail the doubleend with the spinning hook,spinning cresent or spinning backkick....you got an awesome variety going on brother, stuff i hadnt even thought of, and great form as always...thanks for thsi

I want to retract my previous statement. I was just bummed that I missed out the first time, last year or whatever, and what looked to be this time too. And then you post this video and I'm just like take my money!!!! But after seeing your instagram video and what you wrote on the newest email, I have nothing but good things to say. Ordered my bag+gloves combo and I'm so stoked to get hit in the head by it for the next couple weeks! But, honestly, Shane, and Mrs. Fazen, thank you for your hard work, getting your products out there after every single hurdle you had. All I did was just sit clueless on the computer for a couple hours, you didn't interrupt any of my plans at all. I really appreciate everything you both did to make this possible!

What this video taught me more than anything else is that I am using too short of a bungee cord for the bottom half of the setup of my double end bag because mine is way too reactive for me to do most of these trick shots. It returns to where it came from when I hit it way too quickly!

Perfect timing on those technical ly complex strikes like spin elbow and all the spin kicks and especially that comedown round kick off your punches or what not... Congratulations! When I used that thing on regular basis for boxing, my reaction time and precision in sparring were waaaay better than before.
