yesterday i was thinkering about narmdcc repository to build a loco decoder and i made very similar arduino program for that. main difference is i build my own h brifge from 6 transistors, old rc car style. 2 pair2 of s8050 and s8550 as drivers and 2 bc547 as logic. one thing i learned was to disable oposite direction pin first before enabling the one i want to avoid shorting the h bridge because powering it from arduino showed me it can reset if i don't do it. those discrete transistors can cary continues 1,5A and 5A pulses so making sure oposite direction is off before enabling the one you want is kind of priority still thanks for continuous effort to bring enlightment to the mases, your videos helped me a lot in what i was seraching for a while and keep pushing me in good direction

Thank you for these amazing detailed videos. They are extremely helpful. I was curious if you have any experience using Arduino (or any relatively cheap micro controllers) with LCC?

Thanks Cyrus! Unfortunately LCC is not very adopted at least here in Italy and so I didn't have the chance to test / develop devices for it

will this Loconet interface drive tortoise switch machines or can it be programmed through the Arduino Uno to drive Tortoise switch machines?

Hi, this video is about an accessory decoder, not a loconet interface... and yes it can drive tortoise machines, as they are basically DC motors with a gearbox
