Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup AP flour (160g)
3/4 cup Cake flour (96g)
1 tsp cornstarch (4g)
1/2 tsp baking soda (3g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1/2 butter (115g)
1/2 cup brown sugar (106g)
1/4 cup white sugar (50g)
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs ( 1 whole egg + 1 eggyolk )
2 cups chocolate chips (i used Hershey's semi sweets )
Bake:
320°F (160°C)
Bake for 13 minutes and rest in a baking tray for 2-3 minutes then transfer in a cooling rack to cool completely.
Tried to bake it for 15 minutes at nag karoon ng difference sa texture so to achieve the soft center but craggy outside just follow the tips mentioned.
