Let's make fajita 👨🌾 Ingredients 👇 Chicken thighs 5x I'm mixing tow seasonings PeriPeri and smoky fajita whole packs Olive oil Lime Vinegar Marinate it over night if possible if not 1h will be enough Salsa 👇 Peppers green and red Hot red chillies Onion Tomatoe Avacdo Garlic (don't stir the garlic in pan) Salt Smoked peprika Blk pepper Lime Vinegar Topings Peppers and onions only hit them with your fajita Spices bit Cook the chicken in hot pan for 4min each side let them char bit In the same pan stir your toppings Thinly cut the chicken add to your tortilla and salsa/toppings Assemble then grill the rolled fajita in low flame each side Now dip it in your salsa and enjoy 😋👨🌾👨🌾 #cooking #mexicanfood #fajita #easyrecipes #cookwithme
