I have been doing this for a few years, but I never take the garlic out, I just eat a teaspoon of the honey and garlic several times a week. Also I never knew this was considered a ferment. You are such a wealth of information, I soooo enjoy your channel!!!

Thank you so much for bringing up the topic of dirt and how everything that sustains us grows in it. I've been preaching that concept for 40 years. As a culture we have been inundated with this idea of super sterile environments to the point that we've destroyed our ability to fight off infection. Dirt helps build a healthy immune system. I remember as a child watching a neighbor kid eat the dirt around a rotting tree and telling my mother about it and she said honey she may be nutrient deficient and so she craves that dirt because that's what she's getting out of it the things that she's deficient of. That has stuck with me for 55 years. I'm so thankful that I had a wise mother. Keep up the great videos, April, I love your down to earth common sense approach
