Brian Noble, Executive Director of Peacemaking Ministries, describes how conflict can be a force of good or bad in our lives. He outlines a 4-step process of overcoming conflict: (1) Story - understand the context of who you are and who the other person is, (2) Ascend - go to God first to discover His heart and what He wants you to learn through this conflict, (3) Reflect - consider how you have contributed to the conflict, and (4) Connect - confess, repent, and forgive. He shares advice and stories about how we can overcome conflict through humility, overlooking an offense, and responding the ways Jesus did when He faced conflict.
