Sadly, the PC version (and the console versions too) of Ubisofts latest entry into the Assassins Creed series are littered with bugs and performance problems. I tried to make a WTF is of the game but was stopped short by frequent crashes and inexplicable performance problems on my very powerful PC. This video consists of my thoughts up to this point and should not be considered a complete review of any sort. The date of recording is important, these problems may be fixed in future patchs but on the day of recording are very prevalent.

I miss TB, but I’m so glad I still have old videos to watch when I pick up an older game and want some info on it. Good to hear him again

TB's system 6 years ago was still better than mine now, that's incredible. While he's no longer here I couldn't be happier that the channel is at least, so we all have something to remember him. I remember the exact video that got me to subscribe "Hyper-incompetent Single Draft Disaster - Windrunner" and the same video that got me to play dota back in 2014. Almost been 2 years still feels so surreal.

this is reasonably normal for games after nextgen systems come out. The top of the line graphics cards couldnt run Crysis for like a couple years after release date. This always happens, in like 2-3 yrs time, one high end card will run it easy, This happens with PC gaming, quite a lot. I often find myself going backwards on PC to play some games that were meant for future hardware. Even after patches It didnt matter with Crysis, itr was meant for future hardware and it was for future hardware. I guess this is to.

This man really was an absolute genius and really did know what he was talking about when it came to video games. No one for me has compared to how excellent this man's knowledge was.

totalbisuit learned me one thing. never preorder games :) unity is a great game since like 2017 after all the patches and hardware catchup. its still a a somewhat demanding game and u need a semi-powerful rig to play 4k.

Played this recently with a rtx 3080 at 4K maxxed out except for AA, really smooth 100 fps

The only thing that bugs me, is how he calls MSAA SMAA in the video. But other than that, i miss him and his content. RIP

@@Hightower2804TP Nah man, Unity is a solid 8/10 for me. Sure, for todays standards, it's not that good, but back then this shit was downright stunning and the story also isn't half bad.

9:35 NPCs shifting their entire character models still happens in 2024. It's simply not acceptable and breaks the game for me. It's mind boggling that some people don't see that or simply ignore it.

Actually, GPU power is not so relevant compared to CPU power because these huge crowds really screw your CPU.
