Out of curiosity, did you mix two different kinds of rice in the beginning or what was that you added to the white rice? Also those meat dishes and vegetable pancakes look delicious 🤤. I'm so hungry now 🥺
Practice to make it in an hour. A lot of the time i waste is how perfect are my cuts? Should i put more or less? Where is that knife? Where is that spice i just bought? Basic disorganization. Or just cooking things in the wrong order like not putting the rice on cook first as it sits in the background 😆
@@dyscea exactly. Timing and efficiency is key. Do marinades/brines the day before. Also nothing wrong with prepping/cutting all the veggies ahead of time too. Get rice cooker and oven dishes ready first. Then do stovetop items while everything else cooks. Use any downtime to rinse and wash things before they get stuck on. I don't like spending more than 1-2 hours at a time in the kitchen including clean up.
we do something similar where we add sprite in the marinade and then use the marinade as like a bbq sauce when grilling the chicken. it’s sweet and savoury
Why would she be a slave for a man, that’s not what women have fought for, this is absolutely disgusting, men don’t even know how to clean a plate, and they don’t do anything just complain and objectify women, why would women make anything for them?
@@jrlomy2k eh, we have a small baby and I wake up an our early to prepare lunch for my baby and husband. It’s tough some days, but it’s what’s important to me.
The one thing I will say is don’t use that marinade without cooking it first. You had raw meat sitting in it and as a result bacteria can form in the marinade. If you want it as thin as it is there, simmer it and then add extra water in order to add back the loss. Edit: I know that many know this…but there are just as many people that wouldn’t. Hearing just “save the marinade, it will work as a dipping sauce” could lead people to get seriously ill if they do not know the dangers of raw meat. There’s a lot of people that don’t know things like this, and so I wanted to clarify for anyone who didn’t know.
TiffI’m not sure if I saw it carefully but make sure if you use a marinade on raw meat that you bring to a boil before you use it as a sauce! But everything looks delicious!
Please tell me you cooked the sauce after using it. Anything that has raw meat in it that’s not a type of meat that was meant to be eaten raw can hold a lot of bacteria in it.
Bruh i think she did? Like you can see at the end, the sauce was use for the veges. When she meant "sauce" she probably meant as a stir-fry sauce (to be cooked) not a dipping sauce ☠️
@@shivsingh0843and why isn't is lucky? She cooks great food for her family, what should she do now to make her "lucky" to her husband according to you? Dancing for him?
F the food man tiffy is straight up one of the most beautiful people i’ve ever seen. & she seems chill & cute af; of course cooking is always an upside
I love husband's lunch series, i do not have a husband but i do have a mouth to feed and loveee to bring my own lunch, it helpss me so muchhhh, thank you ❤ Please make more for this series thank you
Tbf this is decently realistic if you are aiming to do it in under an hour. (Like actively paying attention to the time.) She’s basically cooking one meal and an appetizer.
I do it all at the same time, I cut most of the things by hand, of course I grate if needed. I can cook super fast especially if I have too. That would take me less than an hour.
@@jules_11 Cocacola chicken wings is my fav childhood dish. It is basically just like adding sugar in the sauce. If u like sweet and salty chicken wings it is a must try.
Sodas are used when you want your dish to taste sweet. But this is the first time I've seen a person use coca cola. We usually used Sprite or orange juice powder depending on the dish you're cooking
I love watching your videos they always give me new recipes for my 3 younger siblings I am twelve and babysit them your channel is the best and is perfect for me🥰
This is such a great way to think about meal prep since the protein is usually the star of the show anyway it makes sense to give it the most variety and make everything else building blocks.
It sounds surprising but it melts and gives a nice little sweet taste to the dish (coming from someone who hates coca cola and sugar in general so I won't convince you eat that all year around but it's worth trying) !
I’m not too familiar with using Coca Cola, but as a Filipina, sometimes people use sodas in marinade or cooking for meats! Like for filipino bbq skewers, we can use sprite in the marinade. Adds sweetness and I was told it breaks down the meat faster.
How do people make so much food that last for entire week? Doesn't it go stale? Change in taste? I could think of eating leftover next day but no way I'm going to eat same old food on fifth day ? Weird honestly.
I know! I try so hard to stop the video before it comes to that point. I cringe EVERY time!! It's her channel, and I don't mean to throw shade, but it’s super annoying. I really enjoy her channel otherwise, it’s just that ONE line.
I used to think, I'm gonna cook for him and it's all gonna be so sweet and nice. Now when I think in perspective, I think I need to love a man enough to feed him with so much love. Honestly z I love to feed people I love by my own cooked food. But keeping in perspective, every single day, exceptionally tasty food, cooking all by self. Yea, gotta to love that man first. Either she loves her husband increaaaadibly or shes an amazing cook. Like complete culinary delight, or both.❤
very lucky 😂, she is slowly poisoning him. most of this food should not be eaten the next day and she is doing five days prep. please educate your self before you do this, food is great but also dengeres if you don’t know.
Air-tight containers help, but if you have a problem eating food a few days after you've cooked it, meal prep is not for you. Will it be fresh? Not really, but it's not gonna be inedible. I just want to note that this is not meant to be defensive or combative. Just informative.
That’s my main thought when it comes to meal prepping for more than 3 days. The food never tastes good or fresh if I eat it past 3 days, i feel like I’m missing out on the magic that has people doing it right 😂
@@vanessafernandez-herak6209 It could just come down to personal preference or the need to buy better containers. If it's actually going bad or absorbing smells/tastes from other food, it's not air-tight, and it can ruin the food pretty quickly.
I keep my fridge extra cold. Food lasts forever! And tastes fresh for a long time. I sprinkle water over the rice before microwaving it so it's not dry.
@@kiki29073 in those airthight container it will last the week no problem and so what its the same thing? You think she gonna do 7 meal for each lunch??
Only problem is after even a day of your food being in the fridge, that delicious sauce you poured on the chicken seems to dissipate. So now your chicken is dry and also tasteless. The crispiness cannot be deemed crispy any longer. The veggies are the most salvagable. I find that it's better to separate everything so that it won't touch at the very least. Then each component will retain its flavor and texture. Cause wet touching crispy will dim the crispy for sure.
I just tried the zucchini pancakes yesterday and they are literally my new favorite food!!! I love zucchini so it was such a great step up for zucchini!!! Thanks for these recipes and showing all these great foods! I just subbed yesterday🎉❤
