Let's Plant Okra! (in POOR soil...) 

I have not yet found my favorite way to eat okra, however, I can sell a lot of it at the market. Growing okra is pretty easy... especially since it can handle our poor clay soil! So when I had to find a crop to grow in my seven new garden beds, okra came to mind.
