Ok, I did the math on the first round because I have no life. At the time the game went to shit the standings were: 6th is Michael with $2,300 5th is Geoff with $3,150 4th is Jeremy with $3,700 3rd is Gavin with $5,200 2nd is Jack with $5,800 And 1st is Ryan with $7,150

Scores after round 9 of the first game, before it glitched: Ryan: 7150 Jack: 5800 Gavin: 5200 Jeremy: 3700 Geoff: 3150 Michael: 2300 Ryan was definitely winning, though Jack, Jeremy, and Michael were artists for the 3 remaining paintings, so they would have potentially gotten some additional money on top of whatever profit they made from bidding.

I'll explain this to the best of my ability. The starting bid is always $400. There are art experts giving the players texts about the painting being auctioned. The art experts tell them stuff like the value of the painting and other pieces of advice. Everyone gets a different text from a different person. What they try to do is buy the painting to get a profit from the actual value of the painting. The artist gets half the auction price. So lets say Gavin gets an auction price of $3,000 on a painting. Gavin then gets $1,500. Let's say Geoff is the winner of that auction. If the paining has a value of $3,500, then he gets a $500 profit. This then repeats for the rest of the game. I hope this helps some people.

But what makes the joke even better for me was Michael describing the real-life scenario right after. "Si-sir, sir you've already bid." "I want it! Give me it again!" Moments like this are why I like Michael so much.
