since you are playing on PC, why don't you record in 60FPS and upload those 60FPS videos here? That would be super awesome :D. Facecam is up to you but I really hope you continue this series regularly...
It's awsome to see someone do a caster build in one of these runs. Ive always been a sorc main myself. It's just a shame magic is so bad in this one. I swear It's like playing a calamity ring resistance broken strait sword build with a Dark Souls 2 charachter whilst fighting enemies from Bloodbone May Cry The Hegehog.
Loving how positive you are. Its really really refreshing. Instead of constantly comparing every aspect of this game to prior itirations, you actual convey your love and passion from this game directly to the watcher.
High Voltage is trying to say he beat midir with fists and torch and beat gael with calamity ring. end of story seriously check his channel that was good fuckin casul. do it in ng+7
+High Voltage you'd wish, but this channel is called PvPSkillz not PvESkillz so get that shit away fuckin casuls i only say that because i couldn't do it by myself
Something I found interesting, since you mentioned it, with Lothric Castle is that if you use cheat engine to teleport onto the path that leads from Oceiros to Untended Graves, you will walk backwards into the spot when you find the Path of the Dragon emote. You can then travel back into the main world of Lothric.
It'll be interesting to see someone of your knowledge play this game fully through especially considering we'll be able to see his face and reactions throughout. I'm excited
If Dark Souls 4 ever comes out, I'd like it if Cryomancy becomes its own spell school along with the return of Hexes. Though, they should change it up by making Cryomancy focus on status condition based spells and scale purely off Luck.
Aether Veilborne Cryomancy is a very good idea, realistically it could degrade equipment very fast! Due to shattering, ect. You could also deploy traps, similar to lingering flame. You could do so much with it!
Forget Cryomancy, I want to finally be able to use Necromancy! It was established as a thing that exists all the way back in DS1, and it represents Death, one of the four souls. Every other one of the types of souls has a corresponding magic to it - Miracles, Hexes, Pyromancies - yet the players were never given ones for Death. Closest we got were two Nito-themed Miracles. If the Dark type eventually got its own class of spellcasting in Hexes, why were we never allowed to use Necromancies? It would be so easy, too. Summoned skeletons and minor undead, throwing exploding skulls, making bones erupt from the ground, surrounding the user with a retinue of phantoms or sending wraiths to assault the enemy. Even spells that play with the fact that the player is _undead_ , and buffs them by making their bodies _more_ like a corpse (cadavers feel no pain, have blood too coagulated to bleed, suffer not from poison or toxin, etc). This is an untapped well of potential ideas, and FromSoft never utilized it properly. Especially since it is so relevant to the lore!
heavy industries There's two primary reasons why I want Cryomancy, and establish my reasoning. 1. We have 4 spell types within the lore: Miracles, Hexes, Sorceries, and Pyromancy. Miracles (Light) is selfless and Hexes (Dark) are selfish. Miracles mostly supports others and can cure conditions, while Hexes are usually self-centered and induce afflictions. Sorceries (Neutral) are fairly solitary. Either enhancing one's own shortcomings through armaments or by dealing with threats almost exclusively from afar. Pyromancy (Heat) is aggressive. Often closing the gap or adaptive to various situations. Cryomancy (Cold) would be manipulative. Controlling the pace of combat with status conditions or by turning the terrain into a hazard. With this, we'd have 5 variants of playstyles and a flair that fits into the lore since the first game's introduced. 2. Luck stat should be the primary stat for Cromancy, and the secondary stat for any other abilities/spells/items that inflict status conditions. Having Luck govern all status conditions would make it a nice simple package to balance, and having a 3rd Caster's stat prevents the DS2/3 situation where only 2 stats controls ALL of spellcasting.
MAAAAN The Webcam man! Finally I can see you while playing, love your stuff I keep watching every single video since Bloodborne weapons review, The bloodborne playing trought was Sweet, keep going man, keep going. You deserve great things. Wish you the best!
In addition to the two flames, the Dark Hand is also completely weightless. Edit: And on the 'chosen'-aspect, i like to believe that you chosen, because you can do what you do, instead of being able to do them, because you are the chosen. Edit2: There *was* only one pypmy, but like the very first intro said, he split his dark soul forward to proliferate it, hence multiple pygmy lords in the future. Pygmy was(at least in DS1) a fancy and descriptive word for human, to indicate how small(in both size and greatness, like in much of pre-renaissance art).
I don't care what anyone says, Ludleth is the most badass dude ever. The only Lord with the balls to link the flame, again, even though he has nightmares and shit about the pain he went through. All the other ones took off like a bunch of pansies.
This was a fantastic video and I am so happy to see you doing an in depth play though of the game. Actually taking the time examine the world of Dark Souls 3. I'm curious to know if you're going to record grinding for souls when the times comes. I'd actually enjoy watching it. Even if you released them as their separate videos like, "soul grinding session 1" and so forth. It may also give you time to talk about some things on your mind that don't have to be directly related to what you are currently doing. Though even just seeing how someone else grinds for souls would be interesting to me.
I enjoyed this video more than I thought I would. I didn't realize how long it has been since the game came out. 2 years. Wow. I've never seen a dagger being used for anything besides ripostes and backstabs. My favorite weapon class is greatswords so Claymore would be cool. Early game Fire Claymore should work since you don't have many pyromancies yet so you need more of a melee centered approach but later on maybe you can ditch it to focus more on pyromancies and only use melee as a last resort. Really liking the commentary and how you take time to savour the scenery.
Actually the exile cgs infused with chaos or dark is surprisingly good, even with required phisichal stats only. You can also use the fire or dark clutch ring to boost your damage, and use the sunlight ss to get the buff. In one of my characters I use this build, and with 30 int/faith + dark clutch ring + sunlight ss buff i can get around 900 dmg!!
I realy like the style of the first episode! The length is perfect so you get in a I would say Mood(I hope that is the right word English is not my first language ether) but one thing I would change: I wouldn't use music in these episodes it kind of destreacted me and I think the Atmosphere is best by itself. O really looking forward to this series and iam happy that you started doing them!
VERY happy you started this playthrough, and I'm surprised you haven't finished Bloodborne before this. Btw I don't think the face cam is really needed for this, its kinda distracting to be honest, also you missed the estus shard near the crows.
Whaaat did i found! A good video series. Fire dagger for critical attack and dogs is a good idea. I know it's very inconvenient, but I'd really like if you could get demon scar earlier. And use dark hand for early dancer to get an early +8 weapon and for sure~
4:20 you can change builds any times you want if you quit the game after you "completed" the new stats, without leaving the rosaria's interface, sorry for my english
Hye PvPSkillz, good to have you back! Do you invade any more? I'd love to see you wreck random people with your underrated builds! Also, loving the new facecam, very well done.
hey skillz. loving the new playthrough. looking forward to the next episodes ( hopefully with some gankspanks :D ). i think you should keep the face cam. it's good quality and you even got the greenscreen going, so it looks good. my only suggestion is maybe make the cam window a bit smaller? i've been meaning to do a playthrough that is lore-focused, but until I can find the time, I'll be watching your series as substitute. You planning on revisiting DeS, DS1, and DS2 after your BB and DS3 playthroughs are finished? I'd really like a deep-dive into DS2 if you're up for it. cheers.
Hey man I'm really looking forward to this series! It'll be awesome! But I do think you should finish your Bloodborne series first so that doesn't get forgotten.
Thanks for this man! I like the new shorter format of the video, much easier to watch than your Bloodborne arcane playthrough, which could sometimes be 2 and a half hours long. Speaking about that, did you get bored of the Bloodborne Let's play? I'd love to see where that went
When you take a break from gameplay and have a more lengthy discussion, you are welcome to put up the facecam. When you play new games for the first time, please put it up as well. People love reactions
Hey PvP, love this new series, especially since I just started another playthrough. Just wanted to ask since I've always been curious, where are you from? Your accent sounds so familiar to me but I can't quite place it even though I've been watching you since Dark Souls 2 (my first Souls game).
Vendrick is the dead king of Drangleic (ds2 kingdom). You meet him insida an memory, and he tells you a lot about game's lore. We know it's him because of the things hes saying and due to his (awesome) voice. Onece you hear it you won't forget... XD
