To complete the 'reality lowdown' quest, you need to go down all of Joyce's conversation trees about what times these are, and the revolution. She may be a conniving rich lady, but there's some key info about the game world and background that you can only get from her, that will unlock other thoughts and conversation options with various people.
Awesome! I think I have a few conversation trees with her I still haven't done yet. I will be sure to max out my time with Joyce. I was going to say she's more delightful than Cuno, but in her own way... is she? :)
@@InsightChecked At 2:03:00 in this video, you start asking Joyce about the revolution by choosing option 2, "What times are these?", but decide to back out before she gets into it. You need to pick that option again, and let her say her full piece. Then once she's done, you'll get a different, more in-depth answer if you re-ask option 5, "What are you?", as well as various other conversation options with her and other people.
Thoughts do give you bonuses, but they are revealed after you finish internalizing them. The -2 to visualization is temporary, only until you finish thought.
Measurehead is my favourite DE moment. I had talked him into opening the door for me, talked to the boss, gone through that whole ordeal, then my game crashed. I didn't have the patience to go through all that again, so I took the 7% chance of successfully attacking him. I rolled two sixes and kicked his ass.

I can't stress enough how funny this comment is. Measurehead, as a character, is a fantastic satire of the inconsistency and stupidity of racist believes. And all you carry away from it is, that he is right on his fascistic believes.
