The people that are spawning right at the gate are already in your park. If you have a ride somewhere that doesn't have an exit connected to the path, people will respawn at the gate. Thats why the people spawning at the gate already have hats and balloons.

I think the insane amount of rocks in the map causes the lag

Good stuff! Maybe to make it a little bit more difficult would be to make all the rides free but charge a park entrance?

you should put a guest limit to reduce lag

It will be cool if the monorail will go through the roof! Names: the purple: "space race" The blue: "tiny mountains"

A few people have already suggested this, but having the monorail go through the top of the entrance building could be pretty cool!

You could have the monorail go through the roof

You should make something that looks like Alien pods that the riders ride by on their way to the speed up part like they're going through a small lab portion of the space station.

Could you paint with the terrain tool to make the sci fi area ground all rocks or sand or dirt or something? I think the grass just looks really wrong.

Name either of the space land coasters The Not Star Wars Ride

The lag is caused by the amount of guests that you have. You're able to limit the amount of guests that you've got in your park which should help. I think 2000 or so guests is the sweet spot to prevent lag.

I love his commentary! I can't listen to him at work because I'll just laugh and it's a quiet office so people think I'm crazy!

James talking about making a new park and then talking about all of the things he hadn't finished yet was pretty funny because he's like "let's make a new park before we finish it because of lag!... after we've finished it"

I know this is 3 years late but whatever lol, That entrance kinda reminds me of Wonderland's. All it needs is one of them giant signs to go on the front bit of the roof and I think it looks neat

i like the steep roof bc as you walk in it kinda blocks the view of the park, so when you go through the gates and exit the building you're ~surprised~ w your first look! hope you get what im saying lol.

You should name the Sci-Fi coaster Zoom Zoom Fwaa!!

Instead of an inaccessible shop to make it look like a real ticket booth, you could maybe just stick an animatronic person in there.

I think the roof is way to big. I kinda was thinking of a more garden / outdoors type entrance.

You could always use the animatronics in the entrance as "ticket takers". Though maybe not the pirates. Wouldn't be super great to shoot your guests. :) Love the series though! You're my favorite youtuber

With the ticket both areas use the information stall so that way it look somewhat realistic, also put the monorail station for the sci-fi area on top of the launch coaster, allows you to save space and possibly will make the park look nicer. By the way love this series and I hope to see more of it and you in the future

Audio is not a little synch, but video is still nice and i love this series

I didn't notice the audio getting out of sync until the very end. I really like the ticket booth entrance though I think it's turning out great. Maybe you could add some of the animatronic people and set them to be still for the booths? Or you could always build your own people out of art shapes. That would be pretty funny.

hey James, Log Fluke (for log flume duh), "Dad Does Think I'm Handsome" (giga) AAAlso I like the entrance! maybe match the roof's colour to the grey roof colour of the 'generic' buildings? +there are usually lanes for waiting lines for the entrance. For the SciFi part? maybe mix/match some colours with the white/silver metal(better than rocks bc no lag)!! like dark orange/dark grey or cyan blue or other kinda futuristic colours. love the top view of the park!!!! ✌✌👆👆

I think the walls look better poking through the roof than with a gap showing. Also, you should definitely move it all one square closer to the spawn point so you have more room to get those paths in neater

I think the big roof on the entrance blocks the view!!! Maybe try an outdoor entrance with a big sign and a King Coaster statue, and you should definitely add some information booths and bathrooms.

In the part where the track runs on top of the roof do like a trench run theme from Star Wars, it'll make it look so cool

I love watching your series once you're all done. But this episode in particular exposes a massive problem with doing so, because I have SO MANY IDEAS for that sci-fi winged coaster of yours that are now so completely void and empty.

I think using the trees with the red leaves would look quite cool in the sci-fi area. They look kinda alien already. I know how you like your foliage :)

When you finish this series you better ride all the rides!

You could do a gallery style entrance on the park side. Just like you did with the merry go round. Then maybe the path connect more aesthetically pleasing.

I agree about the lack of challenge. Game needs serious balancing. But building... I can just build forever.

You should use laser effects to make it look like its scanning you as you ride the sci fi ride

James, i got high and watched your videos on both channels. You're an awesome entertainer!!

I really like what you've done with the entrance, but I think it would look really cool if you adjust the monorail to have it pass through the entrance building (above the ticket booths but under the roof of the building). Also, I think there are probably some decor items you can put on the top of the roof to cover up where the brick sticks through, maybe something decorative like a spire? :)

About the recording lag: You could try limiting Planet Coaster's CPU core usage so certain corecan't run it. Then make the recording software to use only that core. Also, voice sync is quite messed up

could you potentially put information booths in the entrance? that would make it very close to a real entrance, especially with the priority pass!!

I like the park entrance, though it really need a couple more signs / decoration things as it's looking a little blank. The direction you're going with the scifi coaster is great though! Oh, and btw yes, your voice was faster than the video again.

Love the idea of a ticket booth, but such a huge building would (if it were real life) would block the entire park from view, so not sure if that's important to you. it's also colossal and then you come into Generic Land which doesn't match the same level of "grandness". Unless the monorail goes through the top part of the of the ticket booth...

I think a giant rocket at the other end of the giga coaster (by the lake where it makes its first big turn) would be really cool.

You could move the entrance building a bit forward and then edit the monorail the rest of the way to go through the steep roof of the building.

could take the entrance path towards the left to give yourself more room to make a big entrance building, maybe incorporate the monorail into the building as well

I think the new park entrance is looking good, of course there's still need some work like you said in the end of the video. This is reminds me of Six Flags St. Louis entrance off high 44 in Eureka by Rockwoods Range Nature Preserved area. I'm from Missouri, United State, in case you don't know where is this located. Pretty much I gave you most of the information where this located in St. Louis.

Make a new sci-fi park! And have it all be a big underground cavern too!

Put a maximum number of visitors to your park. That way your frame rate won't drop that much and you can keep playing this park!

Use the Christmas ornaments to make a spire on the park entrance where the roof pieces are sticking out

In the entry buildings, you could maybe put an animatronic person inside for a fake employee

Put Coaster King's statue at the top of the entrance building.

Glad u liked my idea with the doors , cant wait to get this game , but ive got to get a newer faster and expensive computer. Picking up tips from yourself though , so hopefully ill make a great park when it eventually happens :-)

1. you should limit your guests 2. You have the highest graphics. If you're making a video for RU-vid there's no need to play it on 4k. Lower the graphics it'll be less laggy.

In the fake ticket booths on entrance add 'information centres' so have people working in there and kind of makes sense people can buy fast pass there etc

You should create a nice entrance station around the monorails. I saw this cool one that was Western themed. Also I hope you're doing a fairytale land next and making that the kids park.

I think it'd be nice to move the fake shops in the entrance over a spot, so you could make some information stalls in them (: Still like this series, even with the lag!

The entrance would be pretty with the small ticket buildings there and a trellis with ivy/plants going between them. Something simple but pretty. Even have the monorail land on top of the building, with the top being a roof top garden. Don't demolish the carousel garden tho 😮

Also you should do a Christmas area too! Name it Santas Village

You could call the Sci Fi launch coaster "The Nostromo" like the ship from Alien.

I think it would be cool if you could make a resort for the park. I also think it would be cool if they add stage shows like they have in most real parks. or sit down up scale restaurants.

Thanks to that faux Mickey Mouse laugh, I don't think I'll be able to sleep in a week... It's interesting how creepy that is.

Make a Horror Scary theme park! :P Maybe a roller coaster that dives into a well for The Ring? Or maybe a Drop Tower inside a Hotel like Tower of Terror?

when i saw the launch tunnel i thought of the tight sci fi corridors and triggered effects like smoke and lasers flying around the coaster

You should put a big clock tower attached to one side to make the entrance more interesting

You Should Put Information Centres In The Entrace Building Just After The Gates So They See Them Just As They Walk In. (eg like an actual ticket booth)

Maybe you can use the monorail as the "park borders" and start a new park once its all filled in

You should add some restrooms or stores and stuff to the back of the entrance building.

If you limit the amount of people that can come into the park it will improve the lag in game

Help please. I got this game on my lap top but it's super slow and is hard to move around with the laptop mouse. Should I get a better laptop? should I buy a mouse to plug into the computer?

hey James, just letting you know if you didn't but the audio was a bit delayed i this episode, i didn't effect the video too much but a time it was noticeable

There should be a way where you can be a person in your park and then be able to walk in the coaster cues and ride the rides and also buy drinks and stuff.

You could open the park in sandbox mode then close the park/limit the amount of guests

how good of a computer do you need to play this well and how good if you wanted to stream.

Have you ever tried Shadowplay James ? Not sure what brand of graphiccard you have but with Nvidia Shadowplay the recording seems to be very smooth and doesn't decrease the FPS as hard as other programms. Currently trying it aswell can't tell you if it would fit your needs, but it might be an idea to fix your lag and sync problems. Only problems so far was that my files were broken with the default recording settings but I've a weak pc compared with yours.
