The Warlock's Ring that you got this episode is one of the best rings in the game. You can block with weapons, it's not only shields that block, so when you block with your weapon, the Warlock's Ring will generate a force-field in front of you that blocks 25 points of magic. That is very useful for when you are fighting magical enemies. The ring also adds 5% to your speed, which doesn't sound like much but is useful for players that don't fast travel. The extra speed gives a slight bonus in combat too. Finally, the 30% faster health regeneration is always helpful.
That was a cool episode. It had three acts like you would find in a film or play. Blockbuster opening with the first act being you fighting an Ancient Dragon at The College Of Winterhold. The second act being your journey & search for the Dwemer convectors and the finale act being the fishing contest that has the plot-twist that Brutius is a thieving villain. BTW, Brutius' two bandit accomplices are wearing Vagrant Robes which are quite rare and one of the best looking robes. Might be worth looting their bodies.
That was cool of you to take out those ambushers… FYI, every time you go near Myrwatch, they respawn. When I do that part of the fishing quest now, I just sneak up behind Brutius and kill him before the fishing part, because the ambushers never spawn and I can still finish the quest ☺️😉😏…I absolutely LOVE that ring! 🥰. I am actually using it in my current game, because I am on survival mode where our health doesn’t regenerate,, and I am playing as a mostly pure Nord, so I am doing one-handed/ block all the time and no archery…lol

You might want to think about making your heavy armor legendary, because you aren’t wearing heavy armor and it will give you a bunch of perks to put in other trees ☺️….Atromancy is a great perk! It makes your atronachs last longer!
You can make Heavy Armor Legendary to get the perk points back and use them on other trees. Just use some heavy gloves or boots and it will level up again when you are hit. Essentials for you to work for: Alteration: Magic Resistance and Atronach; Restoration: Recovery and Avoid Death;
