it's so funny, At 25:01 you are obsessed with getting to the room on the other side of the unbreakable glass without realizing you went through that room at the very beginning of the game to escape because the area was getting decompression from an explosion exposing it to outer space! So trust me you really didn't want in that room! No oxygen available!
Too late but there is ladder where you got the nanites around the 5 min mark. There is other useful stuff there. Also it might be late but you can change ammo by pressing B (if I recall correctly).
