Let's Play! - Wrath of Kings by CMON Games 

Really enjoyed the run through video. Explained a lot of the rules I missed. I will be playing this game over the weekend. I am stoke about new starter sets and more models that are being designed. A couple of years ago there weren't too many Videos on how to play this game. This year, Wrath of Kings has just BLOWN up!! I am really glad that this is not a dead end game anymore. More Wrath of Kings is coming - and I am here for the ride.

Good to see more WoK stuff out there! Just convinced a couple of buddies to play too! Some rules notes though: 1. Models assisting don't count as being part of the attack and so those Skorza wouldn't have gotten to sprint. This is noted in the errata. 2. That Ashman the Alpha murderized should have gotten to strike back with Act with Certainty since only the Alpha was engaged with the Ashman and no Overpower was rolled. The other two Skorza were assisting and therefore not part of the actual attack (unlike Combined Attack). 3. Scourge Hound's Follow Me is triggered by her performing an action. So you'd actually have to do Sprint or Bounding Flourish first and then make your maneuver. Not that it mattered in the case of the Shield Breaker. 4. Hakar doesn't get Act with Certainty because the Overpower negates it. Looks like it was just flip-flopped there. 5. Dropping to zero doesn't immediately end the game. It actually continues till the end of the round so he should have gotten one more activation. But unless he got extremely lucky and rolled two Overpowers with the Rathor's bounce to kill both Skorzas to drop you to -1, it was a moot point. :)

I'm glad you made this. I got a Wrath of Kings starter and hardcover rulebook in my NOVA bag, and the minis are good enough that I was considering starting to play it.

Came across the Guerrilla Miniatures Games channel a few weeks ago now and enjoy it. Bummer we are in Australia which makes it hard to get to the bigger US events. It was great to see some Wrath of Kings love. :)

Love me some Wrath of Kings, glad to hear more are on the way! Are we going to get to see all the different factions on this chanel? The game ends at the end of the turn when morale is compared so, in a close game, you always have some chance to even the score when it seems hope is lost. It is possible to get someone into negative morale with killings and mission objectives, but that's just overkill.

Thank you for this one! We have just opened our box of Honor and Treachery and it looks really great!

Fun story Ash - Miniature Market is selling Wrath of Kings for stupid cheap. I just bought all sort of stuff for my DnD game. But there’re also selling the book for $10 so I picked that up too. And, ah ... well, this looks super cool so I’m going to play a game and see how that goes ...

The Zeti Dancers arms are not very friendly to assemble for older eyes like mine, my 2 Leaders are in my " I'll get to it" list

Hello, How can you tell the new models from the older ones when buying them, or can you use the old models and stat cards with the updated rules?

I've been very interested in this game, not able to find a copy of the starter in the UK. Might give this a go if I can find a copy.

I guess the double 10 kind of makes up for all those horrible Dark Age rolls that Bryan suffers from...

Figures look fantastic, but the game was all but over in 2 turns?

Are the models all plastic? Resin? Or metal?

This game looks really fun, but something about the models don't click with me. I wish there was a purely human race, like no masks as you had explained.
