It's been awhile since I've towed a car with the sneaker truck, but I got it done along with about a million other things today. It was a day of catch up and getting things moved around so that I could leave for a three days on a camping trip with Alan and some of his friends that you will see on the next video!

Those are very kind and honest words. Casey does amazing things. And continues to surprise us. It's not about driving truck or equipment. It's about actually driving them and knowing what you are doing. Many mistakes have been made over the years by Casey I'm sure. But he learned from it. Talking about the Dollie’s, I like how much they’ve improved from the old all steel fixed Dollie’s we had when I first started out back in the 70s. We had to assemble them, then lift the vehicle and roll them under it.

It's not a good idea to temper with loks so when something illegal happens to them you can prove that they have been tempered with by someone else.

That key is a very common INDAK key. Used on many lawn and garden tractors. Available at Lowes and any place that sell lawn and garden equipment and parts.

I have to say that before watching this channel I knew diddly about how to hook up a trailer to a truck (semi) or tons of other stuff related to recovering vehicles. I have to say I feel 110% more confident I could actually do these things if I had to thanks to watching your channel. Now I am not saying anyone who is not certified or properly trained should go out and do these things after watching this channel. I'm just saying I feel like I personally could. Casey, like I said, all your troubles seemed to start when you and David put those spikes on those tires. Someone’s dog could have broke their leg on them. Secondly you made Grumpy wear that ridiculous spiked hat a few videos back and now you have leaking water on your new to you trailer and rocks stuck underneath. You continue to bring bad karma on yourself. . .LOL. Seriously brother, I love your videos and patience with so many of us to explain when the all knowing Karen’s and Ken’s come out in full force. Take advise from the successful ones. DON’T ENTERTAIN THE NAY-SAYERS!!!! Rory used to do it, but doesn’t so much now. Read the negative comments all you want. Write them down. Don’t waste time addressing them in your videos cause guess what? We watch your videos dumbass❤! It comes across a lil crass and a waste of our time. Keep on doing what you’re doing cause we love it! The brand of key is Indac. They are a standard industrial key lock and or starter switch. Readily available most repair shops or if in doubt a small flat screw driver gently rammed in works.

"Pick and pull" salvage yards will buy junked cars and give you the price of what they think they can get for the parts and scrap metal. I had a 89 chevy k 1500 and they gave me $1100 for it.

The West Side is easy to get lost in. I've spent a fair amount of time there in the 90's and still get lost. Doesn't help that they keep changing it there, and adding whole new areas.

Another great video, if you have to load/unload your cars at home occasionally have you thought of making a small ramp (like a loading dock) and then a couple of boards to cross the trailer tyres to be able to load/unload without disconnecting and lowering the trailer.

It's an odd, but true concept for some people that, "If it isn't shown on the video, it didn't happen." I just watched a video about editing movies for the Big Screen. Pacing is an important part of keeping the audience engaged in the story while not allowing them to get ahead or lose interest. The minutiae to be cut is called "Shoe Leather." We don't need to see everyone do every part of every job to know it happened. That's why it's nice when a long drive is shown at 2X or 10X speed to show the scenery without slowing down the video too much. If you watch a video showing how to do a brake job, for instance, it's important to show the disassembly, you should show reassembly, but the editing can be sped up for the obvious bits. You don't, however, need to show the same process on the left and right sides unless there is something significantly different, and then you can skip right to that bit.

That trailer is super smart. If the engine goes out perhaps you can replace it with ecoflow 12V and powered electric over hydraulic unit. Would probably sacrifice speed for reliability/ability to use any runnung vehicle to power it.
