About Cole & Charisma:
Welcome to the official Roll with Cole & Charisma RU-vid channel! Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about our experiences as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. When cutting onions coat your knives in Olive oil and that neutralizes the enzymes that makes you cry! I do it each and every time I cut onions and have never teared up when using that method!

When chopping onion, light a candle close by. It will burn off the fumes from your onion and no more tears.

You can also put the onion in the freezer for about an hour before using it- this will also kill the irritant chemicals that the onion emits.

I think dried rosemary is stronger than the fresh and typically doesn’t use the same amount when substituting in a recipe. But I could be wrong!

Yes, you are right. Dried herbs tend to be stronger because they are dehydrated and the flavour is intense.

Hey Cole & Charisma! Happy Holidays! Excited to join you in the kitchen! Remember when cooking, alot of it is what makes sense to you. TIP: Buy 2 pairs of kitchen shears, 1 for veggies & 1 for cutting fat, skin and cutting meat. Oh, some onions make you tear more than other, taking 30mins out each month to chop onions & veggies to freeze in doubled freezer bags will make cooking less stressful. ( use snack bags to pre-measure then put in double freezer bags). I aways cut my onions chilled with a lit candle near work area. 💘 you both.
