How did you unlock it ?

While the bike is off hold the power button until u see a password entry screen.. this is the advanced setting mode. Enter 1919. Your gona want to change your tire size to 29in and raise your speed setting to as high as it will go then exit the advanced mode. Turn your bike on like normal and take it for a spin! As far as any other settings go im not sure, but this should get u up to about 28mph.. im hoping someone will eventually post a video on how to get more top end speed.. until then im happy with 28mph. Fyi i have the dual motor, im not sure which model u have? Im not sure if that makes a difference in the top speed you can get. Ive heard the mid motor might have a higher top end speed.. good luck, have fun!@@ivanpliego1056

@@MrJbee1982 I don't think it is a mistake to I have had a couple issues with the bike and the company has taken care of them pretty well

@@MrJbee1982 yep I have it it is an extra thing you have to buy for the bike I think it's like a $100 if I remember correctly One of the most sturdy ones I've seen on any e-bike though My wife loves riding on it it's her favorite bike to ride on out of all 10 different e-bikes I own that run

@randomdiecastfan4707 I wonder how the milage compares with throttle vs. pedal assist 1 as the company claims 220 with pedal assist 1.

@@MrJbee1982 I haven't really tried yet I'm not one that likes to pedal too much due to my diabetes but when I have pedaled it takes it a while to drop sometimes I would think with all three batteries you could at least get 190 out of it at least depending on hills but I live in a very hilly area so that's just based on where I live

@@MrJbee1982 I've written it in pretty heavy rain I would say so I think most e-bikes are but I'm sure there's some cheap ones out there that aren't

@@MrJbee1982 yes.. its safe to ride in the rain, the batteries are water proof but the bike and batteries should not be submerged in water, this can and probably will cause permanent damage and is not safe. Also might void the warranty..

@@Jeezloueez494 Yes believe it or not both of them are I didn't think they would be kind of scares me the back one is removable though considering your tail light is on it what if that goes out then what are you supposed to do

Oops sorry I haven't made an update video yet I added another battery to it but yes the back one is removable I just wish the tail light wasn't on the battery because that means if your tail light ever gets damaged you kind of need to get a new battery

@@Jeezloueez494 yup.. there are 3 optional batteries, they are all removable. The battery that comes with the bike is under the seat and is removable.. the rear/brake light is part of the battery.

I did 25 on it top speed if you put it in mode 3 I think it would make it to about 40 on the battery it has right now I will make an updated video of it after it hits a thousand miles which will probably be in about a month or so

@randomdiecastfan4707 what do you think of the design of the bike? I'm trying to determine it myself. I kind of like the look but it's like something is missing. Do you get many compliments on the bike? I see similar looking bikes on the web that have more character than this one. I'm hoping it looks a little better in person. Also, I'm not seeing many reviews on this bike and it's been out for about a year. Cause for concern 😟?

@@MrJbee1982 I wondered that myself but if you get a few of the upgrades for this thing it looks way different from any other e-bike I will be uploading the video soon of the update on this
