According to Mind, 1 in 4 people in England will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime, while 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (like anxiety and depression) in any given week in England.
For many reasons, depression is often a difficult topic to talk about. Symptom and treatments are commonly misunderstood, too. That's why we decided to film/record this episode.
