Today I am going over my advanced neck & jowl firming treatment utilizing the MBK Curve. This treatment plumps and tightens the skin around the jawline, neck, and chest.

STRUCTURAL CONSIDERATIONS
Posture matters!
Sit and stand like a ballerina. Slouching causes shortening of the neck muscles at the occiput and lengthens and weakens the muscles under the chin. Angel wind exercise to strengthen and correct posture. Do not look down at mobile devices, books, etc. Hold them out in front of you. Keep computer monitors at eye level.

The tissue on the neck is very sensitive. Here are my guidelines:
Consider no retinol or small dosage retinol in a balmy base.

I am so glad for this video because I thought I was using all three modes at once & I even wrote it in my manual to press the power button once, the select button twice, power button twice & then the select button twice. So all along I was just using the RF mode. Thank you for setting me straight!!! (Although, just using the RF mode has been working for me, nevertheless). It certainly helps to watch your videos over again for clarity! Thank you!!!!

Hi Valentina, you have the TMP right? The TMP replaces the CIV/ultrasound mode and it is much easier to handle -not so bulky.

This is so much great information, but is there a simple, step-by-step written explanation for how and why to use all these different settings? It seems I have only been using the same setting all the time, but the booklet did not clearly explain it - or maybe it's just me!😝 It would be so wonderful to have a well-written guide to follow❤

Hi Kate, Filtered water is fine if as long as you have not filtered the minerals. The Curve needs those ionic minerals to properly conduct the current.

About pigmentation from tennis, do you put on clothing that has sun protection? Sunscreen can have such a mucky feel on the shoulders and back of neck haha... SPF clothing will help :)

Is this the same as HIFU & other fat loss cavitation devices? I have heard of those that work great on body fat loss with ultrasound and then can be used in jowls. How is this the same or different? Thank you! 🙏💫💌

The Curve is an ultrasound but it also offers RF for skin tightening. It works beautifully but it is not the strength that you would experience in a doctors office. For me, I find it is safer.

Just purchased this device. my forehead is a consern for me, the bridge of my nose and up and right between the brows has lost alot of fat as I've aged (justed turned 42 Feb 7th) will this device help with that?? Will it plump and tighten my forehead?? Also, how do you keep track of each part of the face? To make sure you have an even treatment session? Thanks btw I apologize if u already mentioned the exact same thing I just asked in the video, I'm only 19 min into the video lol

Why in the manual does it say that the ultrasound/cavitation setting gets rid of fat? This is why i’m afraid to use it on my face.

It does not rid the body of fat. It will stimulate the release of large fat cells. This is a good thing and will stimulate the regeneration of healthy sized fat cells that lend fullness and firmness to the skin. When the fat cells are too big they disrupt the formation of new healthy fat cells and collagen. Most people have a misconception about fat cells. Healthy sized fat cells are always regenerating. When we have stagnation the fat cells get big and droopy and that is not healthy on the body or face. Microneedling with RF damages fat cells and that should be avoided.

Is the tmp stronger then the ultrasound on the curve. Is it still safe to use on the thyroid? Can I use my microcurrent after this treatment since it works differently then?

Hi Jessica, Neither the TMP nor the Curve are strong enough to have an effect on the thyroid. Yes, you can use them on the same day. I like to use my TMP every day on the lowest setting to work my Caviplla into the skin. My clients find that they get better results doing this than doing longer treatments using the higher settings.

Hi, I love your videos, they are very informative. I Boght mbk curve in Germany ( I live in Portugal), but my device came with the led screen not working correctely, I´ve sent several emails to the company, but they do not answer me. My question for you is if you can help me. As I cannot see the settings I have in device, can you exactely explain how to set it? I´ve seen in your website, but have some doubts, when you say press top bottom 4 times, do you mean press on off button 4 times, including the one press to device start working?

I just tried to device for the first time, had it on the VIB and RF setting for 15 mins, used conductive gel and followed your advice by spritzing with water to keep it moist. After 15 mins of moving it around the neck and face, mostly cheeks as I am trying to correct facial sagging/jowls, I have a burn on each cheek that kind-of looks like a blood blister. I didn't feel it coming on as I was using the device. Have you heard of this happening before?

The Curve does plumping and skin tightening but most people prefer the TMP because it is easier to handle. The head of the Curve is larger and designed for the body. I have a new plumping facial using the TMP that will be released next month.

@@cma_touche_beaute2343 The TMP is better at plumping. Here is one of my favorite plumping protocols. See the second one with TOV. Specialists of Internal med have advised us that there is no way the Curve can effect or damage the thyroid. It just isn’t that strong. I love how safe it is.
