This group seems lke it will debut in 2024. 2001 line seems too old for a permanent girl group debut in 2024. Normally for 2024, other label will likely debut between 2004-2008 line member for permanent group. If they want to strech this, then its between 2002-2010 line. The general practice should have came from some study of some sort. People's livelihood and the company survival depends on it. For example snsd, twice and blackpink. Only bp jisoo stretch it out a bit, relative with a 2003 liner for a 2024 gg debut. Permanent contract is 7 years and big 4 gg is likely to continue, so its 14 years. In 2024, 2001 line is 23 and rightly before the renew nego is 30 and into 37 throughout the second term. This doesn't look promising for the potential revenue unless they want to break the group apart in the future, which is also unwise. Its a business for profit not charity. Of course there's nothing wrong with older girl debuting, but the dollars and cents prospect for the business won't look convincing enough for the label to be comfortable with it.

Irene from red velvet debuted at 23, jisoo from bp debuted at 21 and you're telling me that jiwoo is too old to debut at that age? @@rahmanesa7063t’s not old neither way, I think they will debut this year. It’ll be i-land 2 who’ll debut in 2024 but r u next will debut this year as ik (I may be wrong tho). Also either way Jiwoo is leader and main vocalist material, and she’s not old. Sakura who redebuted in le sserafim last year was 24, and Jiwoo is 21 (soon 22). Ya’ll are just already used with debuting 15 year olds over T-A-L-E-N-T
