Ohioan here: There have been so many bomb threats in Springfield that the public school system has closed and gone back to online teaching. They even cancelled an annual culture parade scheduled for this weekend. Vance's claimed "home town" is less than 60 miles from Springfield. Great representation! Mealy-mouth DeWine finally made a statement, but still supports Trump!

I've been saying this back in 2016, the way trump operates is when he walks in a room chaos prevails. He then sits back and watches and enjoys seeing other people arguing and fighting. Then when he had enough he will tell them to leave and settle it among themselves. That was how he ran his business and everything else. He did this throughout the time he was in the WH. This is also what he is doing to the country. While everyone is arguing and fighting with each other he sits back and watches. In short he is lazy, does not want to work, demanding of attention, love to create chaos and get others to fight and then sit back and watch. He did that while in the WH and on Jan 6. He and is daddy Fred alway got into fights that donny started. In all these years nobody ever slapped him down. So he never learned to be good. I've met him, I know people that have dealt with him and heard stories form one of his sisters. Adding another voice now would lessen the pressure on everyone and make things easier. Also, we shouldn’t be encouraging people to last as long as possible without a break before they do. Finally, the stuff talked about on the channel is rough and hard, with a toll that is often invisible until you step away.

All of this right wing fever dream bs aside, I'd bet the food scene in Springfield is lit. You don't bring in 20% -ish of your small heartland town's population in Caribbean immigrants and NOT end up with the most fire cuisine your sleepy little town has ever seen.
