Let's Talk Behringer Clone Pedals! 

Behringer demonstrates how technology has advanced. Cheap gear doesn't mean bad gear anymore. I've been using an interface by them and I couldn't be happier with it!

The obsession with Behringer pedals is this: after buying a few you realize you've saved enough money to buy more Behringer pedals. I have four Behringers for the price of about one Boss pedal but I'm gentle and don't tour and love HOT Pink Hard Plastic and edible undies. Just kidding about the undies.

Just got a delay and chorus pedal from Behringer for $30. I woulda spent 200 for them used with boss lol

My pedals never leave my living room so Berhingers are plenty durable for that.

Behringer pedals are awesome. The analoque ones are exact copies of their more expensive (or out of production) counterparts. Make sure to get the UV300 vibrato and SF300 Super Fuzz pedals. They are sensational.

Just bought my first ever pedal and I love it its a overdrive/distortion pedal od300 which is the boss os2 clone the boss is £71 compared to £21 for the behringer so I got the effect I want for 51 quid cheaper like there obviously made for more practise and home than touring due to the plastic body but that's all I'm doing so no need to have a metal body

Love my Behringers. I only had 1 before a month ago. The older discontinued Rotary Machine. It's great. I went down the rabbit hole about a month ago and bought 7 more. I found many that I wanted in stock at Thomann's in Germany. My first time ordering from them and had no problems. Get that Super Fuzz sf300. Cheers Rob.

Very Cool Demo/Review Thankyou. I have a Behringer Pedal Board as my Everyday Use at home Board, and love it. Have CS400,PB100,SE200,OD100,HM300,FX100 and VD400. All the Pedals have a great range of useful sounds and are alot of fun for very little money. Cheers

I have the GDI21 and the UT300 tremolo. I know people always talk about their plastic housing. But with normal use I don’t see it being a problem. It’s not like the plastic housing is completely fragile. It’s quite solid. I’d like to get the vibrato pedal.

The prices of the Behringers are starting to creep up ever so slightly. I have the vintage delay and the noise gate, they are solid pedals and let's face it, unless you like throwing your pedals at walls, most of us will never NEED a full metal housing!

Great video man! Thanks for share! I can see you have a Donner power supply. It still works for you ? Hasn't it started giving you noise problems? I'm asking you why I'm seeing if I build a pedalboard with a few behringer pedals and that power supply. I hope you can answer mate!

Ive had the vintage overdrive for a while now, always rated it.

I have 6 Behringer pedals so far, one Boss reverb Rv6 (this is way better than the Behringer so I had to splurge a bit on this pedal), and a Wah. Next to my homemade pedal board is the Boss RC 300 looper. I don't travel with my gear. It's just a hobby and it stays in my home studio. Plastic works for me and I saved money.

They all sound great, especially for the price . I was really impressed with the 808 . Plastic cases will be ok at home ; I have a 35 year old Aria ACP-1 compressor that I bought used in the 90's for a tenner and I thought it would last 5 minutes being plastic !

Here’s how to fool any snobby friends: buy a behringer pedal, have someone on Etsy or wherever make a custom aluminium chassis and build the electronics in, now tell your friends you bought a custom boutique pedal for 300 dollars. See what they have to say about the sound...

First: I have 8 Behringer pedals. I don't play out and I'm not sure I'd gig with them if I did, but I like them a lot. Also, I respect the "Foo" love you provide behind you on the wall. I argue that Foo Fighters are the Greatest Rock Band of all time and Dave Grohl is the greatest rockstar of all time. Like this video. Good Job.

There's some complaint regarding the fact that the Berringer pedals are built with plastic casings, though not too many as the more these pedals are reviewed and continue to sell at an astonishing $19. each, in so many of the line's offerings. Regarding the plastic casing, my Digitech Element XP is in a plastic housing and has been as durable as I've seen or used. I am expecting my first two pedals by FedEx tomorrow (the Heavy Metal Overdrive* and the compressor/sustainer) and I"'ll be spending quite a while seeing/hearing what they have to offer, using my Strat clone of the Malmsteen guitar and my latest acquisition, my Epiphone Les Paul Classic in Honey Burst. With the push/pull pots on both humbuckers for coil splitting and a 3-stage tone control, the tones and sounds and roaring distortion, the choices will seemingly be endless. *I meant to mention that I'm an old blues guy with some classic rock thrown in for good measure. I will be very interested to work with the Heavy Metal pedal, not because I play it but because with 6 control knobs I can see a lot of versatility in it. The closest I get to heavy metal is the original heavy metal:.Steppenwolf, Cream, Mountain, Iron Butterfly, etc. I really do believe that for the average guy for whom a change of strings is never available to him often enough, $50, $75, or $100+ for a pedal is just out of their reach, the $19. price tag looks pretty good!

I have that Sans amp clone. I absolutely love it. Even though I bought it because of Kurt Cobain and he used a sansamp. im not using it for distortion. It's such a good pedal

Let’s be honest, if the only issue with the Behringer pedals is the plastic enclosure? It wouldn’t be that hard to swap the guts into a metal enclosure and you would have a one-off custom pedal and nobody would know what you are using problem solved 👍

Hah I mostly bought boss pedals back in the 90s , I was just picking them up from second hand shops cos of how tanklike they are.

Manifesto ??? I'm making a large pedalboard I'm buying all the Behringer pedals by the time I'm done I have a EQ and a heavy distortion so far and I'm getting a chorus and a reverb in two weeks then a delay & a cry baby then more after that I want them all before they go obsolete all the music stores here stopped selling the Behringers except Sweetwater music store... is it my choice what order they go in?? And also do you know if I can add my Moore GE100 multi effects/ prosseser to the board it has my looper in it...if yes what order does all these effects go in you have any input for me "lol".....Thanks Manifesto!!

I ordered 15 Behringer pedals from Sweetwater and they’re all out of everything. So I had to pre-order them until end of may. I spent about $250 for 15 pedals. I bought one EVH pedal for $200, I wish I knew about the behringer before I bought the EVH overdrive pedal.

Does anyone make a BOSS MO-2 clone, or not popular enough?

I bought a cheap pedal by joyo took the pludge and wasnt impressed with it but behringer clone pedals seem to be spot on.Have you ever tired the GDI21? basically a clone of the tech 21 sans amp i couldnt tell the differnce tbh great video!

I've got a FX600 Digi Multi FX and a U0300 Ultra Octaver. I took a chance ordering the FX600 online without trying one out and to be honest I thought I was probably gonna get a glamourised piece of rubbish but No, the different FXs are great and the Chorus is extemely good. Cost me £30 new on Amazon.

So are these collector's items now? Just saw the chorus orchestra listed for $85 seller claiming rare... I'm thinkin they still make the Boss Ensemble, and they go for $60-90 used. SO what is so rare about that. That to me is kind of stupid, unless these have gone the Dano Food series way

When I started my band I had a lot of Behringer pedals. They're quite good for the money. Right now I have switched to other brands (Boss, EXH, ProCo...) especially for durability reasons

Ive been waiting to buy a Behringer Ultra Chorus. Unfortunately they're sold out everywhere :(

Some of these are impossible to find such as dd400 and ultra distortion :(

I have electric guitar, and regular speaker, where there isn’t coming out the electric guitar sound. Will this compressor sustainer make a difference ? (Thx)

If I were into pedals, I would only have these. However, knowing how electronics have evolved to the point where nearly all pedals in the world could fit into a mobile phone, I would only consider multi-effect units. Pedals have now become toys for guitar players in need of gratification.
