I'm 42. Recently my wife walked away from me after being married for 16 years together...took my 12 years old son. I put trust and faith into the family and never thought in my life that current relationship will have an expiration date...so painful to be alone I'm completely heartbroken, no friends...many times I'm feeling so deeply depressed and I just want to die... suicidal thoughts comes to my mind, driving by places and thinking imagining painless suicide methods... waking up with panic attacks in the middle of the night...so hopeless 😢🤦🏻...inner mental pain hundreds times more painful than physical pain...who ever been or is in my situation will completely understand me.. 😒
