Just want to mention there are worse things than water soaked into a pattern. I have a group of Issey Miyake Vogue patterns (they now retail at outrageous prices on Ebay). My grumpy cat got into the box of them decades a go and peed on the entire box full. They are mostly un-used, and the pattern envelopes have dried cat-pee on them. I still keep them.

Before they started making patterns with multiple sizes in them. I use to have to buy 2 or 3 patterns in the same style but in different size for my 2 daughter's and 3 boy's. So that may be the case with that one pattern you keep showing. But you may already know that.

I am 62 here in 2023, 63 in Nov. I have many of my grand mothers patterns from 50, 60's which are large sizes which are REAL, not fake. Someone obviously has no life!!!

ahhh I missed it! Your lives are so much fun, the people who watch are also amazing! What a great haul...somehow this gave me the motivation to go through all my patterns and photograph and catalog them...I started last year using a Trello (app) board.... dang it Stephanie...it's all your fault. LOL Boo to clowns I have some creepy ones I'm happy to throw away...I mean...leave somewhere for someone to find....

I found 3 different patterns under that number - bell bottom pants, a woman size white sailor type dress with a short jacket and a long slinky dress. No ruffles

Yup, the 80's was when the biggest change happened, but you started to see it become common in the 70/80's
