Great job, I'm a native, too. I don't get to the market too often anymore, and especially since I moved to Everett. So, I really enjoyed your lighthearted video of one of our favorite historical landmarks, may she live on and on! ❤️

I’m planning a trip to Seattle next year to see Bruce Lee gravestone and definitely I’m stopping at pike place market. Seattle seems like a very fun place to visit!

What's the disease level on gum alley? Has anyone taken this consideration.?

They actually removed most of the gum at some point and the locals and tourists brought it back… 🙃

The gum wall did get unsanitary, but they didn't clean it to start over and try again. They cleaned it in the hopes that tourists wouldn't continue to despoil the city. Clearly, it didn't work. I don't go to San Antonio or wherever to create biohazards, I really wish people wouldn't come to my town and do so. That advice to not drive down Pike near the market is great--that street should be closed and it's insane that it isn't. Pro tip: don't fight through all the masses of humanity on the sidewalk, just walk down the middle of the street. Anyone with the bad sense to drive there deserves to have to wait. Walk as slow as you want.

Ha! Yah the street should be closed to commercial traffic - only those with a vendors permit who need to deliver goods to a shop should really be allowed to drive down there. Thanks for checking out our video! 🤩
