The Ark launches takes place between ME2 and ME3.

Wrong, the Arks launched between ME2 and 3, but the game takes place 634 years after the launch, meaning that the events of ME3 are, A) long done, and B) not relevant anyways, because no one who was on the Arks, knew about the Reapers or the Reaper War.

You made two mistakes here lad: 1) you claiming he was wrong about his statement was unnecessary, he did not say the story takes place between 2 and 3, he said "the ark launches take place between 2 and 3", which is exactly the same thing you said after saying he was wrong 2) The people in the ark do know about the reapers because of the reaper attack on the citadel, but dont know about the imminent reaper war, since it starts in 3

the dad has a set look based on the preset you chose or the default character, then his eyes also change with your creation

"Ryder Ryder" reminds me of how I named my Shepherd "Commander". She later became a Commando, too, so my Shepherd was "Commando Commander Commander Shepherd".

I really hope they do more episodes of this. It was hilarious and the just makes me want to play the game even more!! I almost died at the introduction of Ryder Ryder and am dying to see how Jeremy customized Sara to look like. Good shit!!

Best Scooby doo movies; 1. Camp Scare 2. Zombie Island. Zombie Island didn't follow a traditional none super natural structure. On the other hand in the end of Camp scare there is a actual monster in middle of Titles.

So just a heads up. Achievement Hunter is loud, and they like to talk. If you want a more legitimate "walkthrough" i highly recommend "The Rad Brad" (after watching this of course). The guy is awesome!

And previous Mass Effect games at least had a pseudo-science explaining everything like the titular Mass Effect. Physical visible tendrils of Dark Energy is straight up nonsense i'd expect from an old pulp.

+Mr. Note For other sci-fi sure, but Mass Effect (like most settings) has established laws and rules and ignoring those kind of hurts the internal consistency of the universe. Plenty of other settings can have this weird stuff but it seems out of place for this one. Doubly so as dark energy has already been described in ME2 and it acted NOTHING like these weird space tentacles.

Well they stabilize it in the ME universe from the advanced technology (I believe). That's how they go into FTL travel.

So Mass Effect to Mass Effect 3 took place in 2183 to 2186. Going off that this game took place right before/ during the last game making the last game more like a DLC spinoff that doesn't actually affect anything.

My dad passed away and I just went to his funeral yesterday. The hardest thing I have ever had to do. I wanted to say thank you to EVERYONE at Rooster Teeth for making such amazing content. You guys have gotten me through so many hard times. You guys have made me smile when nobody else can. Thank you for all your work. I still have a long way to go until I can move on. ... fuck it, I'm enjoying this game. I'm really liking it. ITS INTERESTING! I can't figure out a reason (other than the shotty animation) as to why people don't like this game. I played the original 3 many many times.

korno96 Same. Some of them don't even make sense. I am seeing a lot of people complain about "cliches" but the original trilogy could be cliche as well (i.e. one of my friends could tell that by the start of ME2 that Joker and EDI would get over arguing and perhaps become romantically involved)

Yer I'm enjoying it also. Couple frame drops and funny faces but none of the weird walking or other animations. Feels much more like a 3rd person action shooter though now they changed how cover works. Not a fan of a lot of the skills though, most seem very similar. Finding raw combat to be the best option in killing things.

korno96 This game is amazing. People bash it because it doesn't have the best graphics, or the characters arent the original characters. This game is SO FUN. I love how you can have whatever power you want, and the crafting system is pretty cool also. I can't wait to unlock the asari sword. Biotics + sword = Jedi :):):):):)

I honestly think it's just because it's so different from Mass Effect. If it was put out under a different title, people would (probably still find things to bitch about, but) enjoy it more.

The story is nonexistent and the dialogue is probably some of the worst in any game ever written. I mean, its shockingly terrible. Not to mention that the facial animations are even worse than the original. All of those things combined REALLY take you out of the immersion. I actually found the game play itself fairly enjoyable, but for an ME game the story and characters have to take center stage. MEA is Ed Wood, ME1 is Kubrick.

Mass Effect: Andromeda begins in 2185, between the events of the second and third games in the original trilogy. Then moves 600 years in the future and new Galaxy

It's before 3 but after 2, shortly before 3 that's why earth isn't a near wasteland, that's when the 600 years part comes in, that's after the reapers and when Sheppard is dead or not dead depending on the dlc if you own it which is free, this means the old crew is technically dead, but as well can be brought back in a later game

i am always so jealous of the guys when they get games early. i wish i had the luxury. but granted this is one of many reasons why i watch these videos. some say it ruins the experience, watching somebody play the game before you do. but i find it does not matter. i still get drawn in knowing full well what already happens

i put around 600 hours in ME1, about 320 in ME2 and 120 in ME3.... i hope this makes me do 600 again. first game was great to re-play and discover weird sh*t and space monkeys
