The brake fluid reservoir has a divider wall to keep the front and rear brake fluid levels separate so when one gets low due to a leak the other will never run out, nearly every vehicle built after the 70s is designed this way. Capping the abs pump port in this way destroys the seat for the compression fitting.
That window not going up could be the window trim, if you use something to push it out a little and mess with the window going up and down it should eventually close, Seen that a lot on e36s!
That's actually a og trick for doing brake burns or getting home without ruining brake lines by pinching them ,take a flat head nail unscrew the brake line put it in there an screw it back in an it caps the line perfectly fine just don't sell a car like that without warning them in advance
it looks like the anti finger jam is kicking in with the window due to high resistance if you clean all window rubbers and make sure theres no crap in the runners it should be fine theres lubricants for window rubbers that may help
Dude the driver window on my e36 vert did the same thing. I just had to remember to not roll it down all the way or this would happen. I think the gears on my window assembly were ground down
