Congrats on everything! We've been on very similar journeys, I see! I was pregnant while we were gutting and renovating our first house and we bought another one and just started gutting that and we'll be moving into that one when it's done. Our daughter is one and a half now and we're on the hunt for yet another property, too! Here's to your little sweet pea staying put a little longer! lol

@@JennaSue Haha Everything will be fine! You guys are lightyears ahead of the house we brought our daughter home to. The whole first trimester, I had to drag a garden hose up from the basement and throw it over the shower unit so I could shower with ice cold water lol. I eventually microwaved buckets of water. It was summer. I lived lol. If you need any advice or an internet shoulder to cry on when she does arrive, I'm here for ya!

ugh you're so right it's been crazy hot this year, normally my family is michigan has higher temps than us, but this year the crazy heat started months early and has been much worse. congrats on your sale.

Thank you, Rod! Selling the apartment definitely lifted a weight off our shoulders. Trying to eliminate unnecessary stress!
