a lot of people miss that the movie wasn't portraying Marie Antoinette in a bad light where she actually said "Let them eat cake!". It's quite literally making fun of that theory.
Well Marie Antoinette was 14 when she got married to Louis and 19 when she became a queen so this parts really just show her being a teenager without a real sense of responsibility due to her young age
@@ariannacat533 I know, but the film should have been about the troubles, that the French citizen's were going threw because of the poor, leadership' of the French monarchy at the time.but instead we just get another, cash in valley girl flick. Wasted opportunitie, in my mind.

Because the thousands of other people to use it aren't filthy rich. The thing about Haley is shes so incredibly wealthy and out of touch, by tries so hard to be relatable.
