My life spiralled into a complete mess from an early age. I struggled with:
-Ever increasing fatigue and muscular pain
-severe anxiety and depression
-brainfog
-developed autoimmune disease
-in a toxic environment and relationship
-addictions to instant gratification (Video games, porn, TV shows)
-got to nearly 16 stone and looked dreadful. I could not even recognise my self.
-demolished self worth and self esteem
-body dysmorphia
the list was endless... my future looked bleak. At rock bottom I prayed to God as I had nothing left. I prayed for guidance and an opportunity to turn this around and it was given to me. From that day forward i dedicated myself to health and spreading the word on the truth. I'm incredibly passionate about health, mental health, relationship health... everything that allows us to live a happier life.
I thank you so much for watching my videos and spreading the word. It means a lot to me. I love hearing your recovery stories and how I've helped! :) www.healthrecovery.blog

Really thanks a lot. You're among the only one who really helps out there. I like your approach, very smart and constructed. I just would like to ask you 2 quick questions if you are not tired of answering on yt. 1) How much are you recovered now ? like 90%, 100% ? Just to give hope. 2) during your recovery did you take naps during the days ? (because I'm wandering if I should force myself to stay awake during the day just to teach my body to take good sleep at night, and only at night). Thanks anyway

1) 100% 2) No, i felt very depressed after taking naps so tried to avoid them. I went to bed very early on days i felt more tired, as early as 7pm

Last night I was 10 hours in bed. Couldn't sleep more than 2hrs while waking up every 20 min in between until at 7am I gave up, took xanax and slept for 2 hrs. I don't think I'll be able to fix such severe insomnia, to be honest.

At my worst i slept 20-30mins per night for weeks on end. You have to be patient and stop taking xanax it makes it worse in the long run

Healthyfoodies I have had insomnia like that and if I don't follow my sleep hygiene rules it starts to get bad again. It sucks but no caffeine at all, no TV or mobile etc after 8pm and give your self time to be ready to sleep. It takes Time but my sleep is so much better I still wakeup during the night but either go back to sleep quickly or get up and read until I'm tired again

Sorry another question but just wondered, dd you find your brain fog improved when started walking? Or didn't start walking until it had gone?

hey man! I am currently on a carbs free anti- inflammatory diet. Do you have an idea what I could eat for breakfast? You ate carbs (oats) all the time in the morning?
@HealthRecovery
@HealthRecovery 7 лет назад
Pretty much. or oat replacement. or quinoa. I don't believe in carb free diets personally! that means you can't have any sweet potato, oats, quinoa etc?

Sweet potato is ok. But I try to get rid of grains- so breakfast became a problem for me :D

Hi, Im having a problem where i feel my adrenals pumping all the time when im awake. A week ago i woke up trembling and very cold.. I reduced screentime to llike 3h a day, is that too long? Im also scared 24/7 and feel scared to get out of the house lol. Help appreciated! Also my heart beating fast makes me feel like Ill die of a heart attack as my grandfather died of it age 40. Am i over worrying???

I had all of those symptoms. I didn't leave the house for a year at a time at some points. personally i would avoid any type of movie, game etc that is engaging. No screen time in the mornings or before bed, mid day if anything. Sort your diet out. sort your sleep out. everything i mention !

Health Recovery how’s life mate? Does the new virus have any effect on your work or health? With me not so much, i don’t go on facebook anyways. And even stopped listening to the radio for a couple months.
