Anyone notice how the area was super slummy? Like slummy to such an extent that you would have to be an idiot to leave your stand unattended in an area filled with homeless just trying to survive. My theory is that lethal force man set up the stand to lure his “enemies” into a petty crime so he could exercise his “justice” upon them. Thus he is being executed for premeditated murder. Edit: I didn't initially notice the scar on his head, but perhaps some accident or brain injury is the cause of his violent tendency to use lethal force when not necessary.
That's a really good theory, look up the "Somalia Incident". That exact same scenario happened, except with Canadian troops in Somalia. It's pretty gruesome
I think I understand why the policeman ran at him after he caught fire. Since he's Lethal Force Man, that means he's the master of lethal force. Death by electrocution = Lethal force. Therefore, electrocution is actually strengthening him. When the policeman realized this, he rushed to flip the switch back off, preventing Lethal Force Man from strengthening himself. Either that, or it's because the electricity was strong enough to literally ignite him, so he ironically died from the very thing that brought him power: Lethal force.
Before electrocution, they are supposed to prep the victim first. Give him a last meal, read him a prayer, give him last words, put a wet sponge on his head, between him and the electrocution dome, put a covering over his head, and execute him in front of witnesses, including the governor. But none of this happened in this video, making the lone officer involved just another version of lethal force man. Lethal force man's head caught fire because his body was not properly prepped for electrocution.

I’d only assume this short is a tale about a hungry homeless man being murdered by a mentally unstable self-proclaimed hero. Look how the victim is constantly shaking, notice his weak chuckle and the tear drop falling from his eyes as he is about to eat the apple. I love this video, I can’t stop watching it!

I think I get it. Since the electric chair is a source of lethal force, it has no negative effect on Lethal Force Man. When the police officer realised that, he ran forward to turn the electric chair off.
Part of his frontal lobe got removed, he have a scar in his forehead, and that's explain everything, he was forced to have a surgery that made him manipulatable enough to believe he is the Lethal Force Man, but his actually just a guy who lost everything
