Vulnerability is such a HUGE tool for healing - that is why so many have stuck around with you Kristi. Without even intentionally trying, by being yourself and opening up, you make space for others to feel seen and heard and that is just simply put: healing.

We have so much in common I'm 34 and have been with my husband for 18 years and married 10 years in August. What a blessing is it to literally grow up and experience life with the love of your life. Oh my gosh Kristi, your health anxiety video was honestly what I needed in my life. I’ve felt so much shame around my body not being “right”. Seeing other people echo the same experiences I’ve had and why, it brought me so much comfort and helped me banish some of the shame. Thank you
I’ve been staying off social media as well and turning off all notifications except for texting/calling. Doom scrolling is really addicting and it was taking up so much of my time.
Am I orange? Bloopers? Love this! It feels like your content has variety but you have such nostalgic nods to the videos before motherhood. It’s true how much motherhood changes you (my daughter was born last year) but I still gets glimpses of my old self. Keep the uploads coming! 🙌🏼

You have made such an impact on my life, Kristi. You have become the channel that I look forward to seeing the video notifications! My encouragement to you is, I went through so much of what you are dealing with when I was your age (my kids are grown), and the kids don't really remember my struggles. I was able to make a happy home for them, and it sounds like you are doing the same!!❤ PS I added a Reishi mushroom supplement, mainly for immune support. But it also helps me have a positive sense of well being (although it is quite subtle!)

One of the take aways from your videos that helped me was a video from back in your post partem when you said, “Stop Googling. Look at the facts.” My medical anxiety really took a turn for the better after that because I didn’t allow myself to spiral. Even the videos you don’t think have value, trust me, they do 😊

I’ve loved your series! I’m excited for you! I deleted social media except for YT in November. My brain was mush.. it was bad. I don’t know if you’ll read this but I started working out at 33 I’ll be 36 this year too. And let me tell you girl it was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and my mind. I hope you get into it. I had no muscle I was so weak and sickly. And overweight to add to it. I can’t believe I’ve stuck to it. I wish I could be there to workout with you. Kristi, I have love, love, LOVED your content even more lately! I'm home on maternity leave now with my second child, a little baby boy, and your videos have given me such a needed outlet. I don't suffer from health anxiety, but I do deal with anxiety and depression and your videos have really reminded me of the importance not to lose who I am in the process of becoming a "new mom" again. I'm so happy seeing you making these positive changes (while still throwing in the GRWM's once in a while 😉). I have been so inspired by your content lately. One comment on your last video literally inspired me to take part in a 30 day yoga challenge, and so far, I've been doing it every day since then. I've also found that a habit tracker really helps me to look at my progress and not be as discouraged by a slip up I might have along the way. (Maybe that will help someone else on the path they are on)

Just a little PSA for any women on this journey. Good to be conscious of your cycle. Two weeks out of four we are more likely to experience bloat, headache, depression, mood ups and downs, aches. Knowing this can help u manage self expectations and keep things in balance ❤
I love hearing about your health journey. Coincidentally, my New Year’s resolution was also to become a healthier and happier me. Started doing everything but the exercise too, isn’t it funny how that’s the one thing that we aren’t excited about doing lol. I mentioned in one of your last videos about maybe talking more about your headaches? I also suffer from severe chronic migraines that last for days even weeks so I like hearing someone else who shares the same experience. Maybe you could share things that worked for you to help you cope with the pain? I’m always open to trying new things to help that don’t involve taking another medication!!

I have recently moved my mom and dad in to our home, and my mom and I are caregivers to my Dad while us terminal. I also work full time in Education.
