Jacob, you have probably fixed this problem by now but if you haven’t, your best bet is to use a drill guide or drill bushing. You might be able to find one the correct size OD & ID to match the hole and drill bit. McMaster-Carr’s website is your best option. If they can match the sizes it should cost less than $40. In the likely case that you can’t find it you will have to turn one on a lathe. That’s what I did recently for a bolt which broke off on a Honda engine on the genset on my boat.
